It's Debatable: Has Elon Musk made Twitter unsafe?

None and he hasn't been banned from Twitter not while Musk has been there, Now he hasn't yet got around to lifting all previous bans but then previous ownership banned all but the craziest leftist at the drop of a hat.

 

He was shadow banned by Musk. A distinction without a difference.

Unless you dox a person that Elon Musk does not like, then he will let you go.

 

Pretty sure Elon bought twitter in the end because if he didn't he would have faced federal prison for stock manipulation.

Anyway, he is starting to build a garden wall around the site. Within the past week they stopped people from being able to search twitter or even look at the trends without logging in. Pretty soon he will probably stop allowing websites to link into twitter unless they pay his new $1K per month blue checkmark fee for businesses.

Musk being one of them. LOL. You don't think shadow banning Taibbi is completely against the claimed reason he bought Twitter?

 

I think it is but I don't think musk did it. Why would he ban taibbi for praising him? That makes zero sense. All that tells me is that Musk still has some house cleaning to do. Hell I'd be inclined to believe that some disgruntled former employee left some sort of worm or other program that auto bans anyone who praises Musk.

 

Taibbi has publicly talked about it. LOL. He's not mad at Musk, but he doesn't understand Musk's reasons for not allowing him to post content. It's not a secret. Didn't I already provide you a link? You can google it easily enough; it's a VERY popular topic and a quick "Musk Taibbi shadow ban" will net you plenty of results.

 

I'm sure it would I'm also sure they would all link back to some place like media matters, but again why would musk ban him? It is vastly more likely something else is going on.

And again the operative word is why? I don't think Musk would shadow ban I think he just boot him and say bye bye. Something else is going on and we just don't know what it is yet.
