That's a proposal made by a guy who hadn't even joined the whole thing until after Biden had left office, no one responded, and Biden never accepted (even if it was offered). And it wouldn't have been remotely illegal for him to do so it he had wanted to. These guys are literally claiming there is something illegal about a private citizen being potentially offered 10% equity in a company, not ever actually being offered it, and never accepting it, and it wouldn't have been illegal for him to accept it.
