all 3 of these guys only had ONE line of questions..they ONLY asked about porn

I particularly watched the above 3 senators because I knew they would be the most entertaining

I did happen to listen to guys like Ben Sasse , he used the word "jackassery" describing his colleagues

cruz , hawley and graham locked down the believers of tom hanks eating babies and Hillary running a sex ring in a pizza parlor

which translates to Qanon

For a few days after Putin's illegal and unjust war started, I would flip back and forth in between Fox, CNN, a few others, but I could only take even that much for in short batches.

The litigants may present scientific evidence, but judges are in no way obliged to pay any attention. If you meant that they are obliged to sit through testimony, that is trivially true. Why mention such a trite point?

This produced a 5 - 4 ruling -- not quite the "conservative R court" that you claimed to have done this.

It was the rotten, stinking traitor ROBERTS who did this, single-handedly. You raise an interesting, related viewpoint concerning the 'function' of judges in such determinations, and that is the necessity for the weight of the best scientifically-produced research to be considered by them -- and not for judges to go off on subjectively-generated 'tangents' of their own.

Indeed, Ketanji herself has reminded us that we should not expect a judge to express an opinion about something outside the immediate confines of her 'judicial-wheelhouse'. Still, one wonders what it is that she DOES know enough about to speak definitively if she doesn't even know WHAT she, herself, is.... Or is the hyperliberal, 'woke' assumption that because Ketanji is BLACK and, ostensibly FEMALE (?) it's enough for the rest of us simply to assume that she may know what the hell she's talking about....
