Crimea got hit again bigly this morning....beach areas hit,Kerch closed. There were numerous casualties.

The kicker here was that the local air defenses didn't even bother engaging the air raid sirens where locals could take shelter. Missiles basically landed wherever without any notice.

USG imposed rules of engagement after WWII have often been very unrealistic. Especially the odd rules requiring forces actively engaged in combat (Vietnam) to gain permission before returning fire. IMO, the historical record should be carefully examined and reevaluated.

Sounds like it might be separatists acting up. I hear they were targeting Christians. I imagine Pootler won't want to support that particular separatist movement, however.
