Replacing the necrocracy that currently dominates every aspect of our lives is one of the ideas that make Trump voters Trump voters.

The goal I find most dangerous to Government BY the People, is to abolish job protections for government workers from political firing, so they can replace everyone in the executive branch with inexperienced trump sycophants that have no government experience. You don't have to be a genius to realize how damaging this would be to OUR government.

And you base this opinion on "knowing nothing about project 2025"

You putting your fingers in your ears doesn’t make it a conspiracy theory….trump clearly thinks it’s relevant enough to deny it.

He also said he doesn't agree with some things in it, so.......

It's amazing people still take his word for gospel, especially when common sense & logic mandates that at least one of his claims must be a lie.

He's not a moderate at all. Just as the Left has swung so far Left Kennedy or my father would never recognize it today. I sure don't and I was a Democrat a lot longer than a Republican. I don't agree with either side when it comes to abortion.

Trump's henchmen have a seat at the table drafting Project 2025.

You can bluster and lie all you want, but that's fact. And it's easy to document. So don't even bother trying to pretend it isn't true.

Trump wants a police state with himself as dicatator. He has made that plain over and over again.

Project 2025 is the plan to replace regulators, law enforcement, public health, and every other aspect of the government with political appointees answerbale only to the wannbe king.

    We all know that.

    So do you.

When Project 2025 is peppered with Trump acolytes and henchmen, his son in law's protestations ring hollow.

What right wing media bellows and you "feel" are irrelevant.

At this point, the US has a modern apolitical civil service.

That would change under Trump. He wants to directly appoint all senior former career staff and insure that the people they install are loyal to Trump first and the nation second.

There is no widespread bribery or curruption in the federal government now.

Trump will change that. He wants his tribute.

1-Ive just read up on Project 2025.
2-It appears to be an independent work by the Heritage Foundation and other supporters.
3-I see nothing wrong with it. As a body of work it promotes a return to a Constitution driven government.
4-I can see why that would cause so many leftists to piss themselves after they have worked so hard to **** over the country.

Yes your right. Some of Trumps advisors has helped come up with some of those suggestions. But so has over 110 other organizations and put together by the Heritage Foundation. But the bias news and always half truth Democratic Party only want to stress some of Trump's advisors so they can make it look like if you elect Trump, he will impliment all this stuff, when they are only suggestions. I know how the Democrats operate on half truths. Maybe the Left needs to do a little more research on what they are trying to peddle.

The Left is going all out pushing Project 25 as Trump's agenda if he gets elected. What is the response to that?
What do Trump and his advisers say about Project 2025?
In a post to his social media platform Friday, Trump wrote, "I know nothing about Project 2025. I have no idea who is behind it. I disagree with some of the things they're saying and some of the things they're saying are absolutely ridiculous and abysmal. Anything they do, I wish them luck, but I have nothing to do with them."
Trump's pushback to the initiative came after Heritage Foundation President Kevin Roberts said in a podcast interview that the nation is "in the process of the second American Revolution, which will remain bloodless if the left allows it to be."
But even before Roberts' comments during "The War Room" podcast — typically hosted by conservative commentator Steve Bannon, who reported to federal prison to begin serving a four-month sentence last week — Trump's top campaign advisers have stressed that Project 2025 has no official ties to his reelection bid.
Susie Wiles and Chris LaCivita, senior advisers to the Trump campaign, said in a November statement that 2024 policy announcements will be made by Trump or his campaign team.
"Any personnel lists, policy agendas, or government plans published anywhere are merely suggestions," they said.
While the efforts by outside organizations are "appreciated," Wiles and LaCivita said, "none of these groups or individuals speak for President Trump or his campaign."
In response to Trump's post last week, Project 2025 reiterated that it was separate from the Trump campaign.
"As we've been saying for more than two years now, Project 2025 does not speak for any candidate or campaign. We are a coalition of more than 110 conservative groups advocating policy & personnel recommendations for the next conservative president. But it is ultimately up to that president, who we believe will be President Trump, to decide which recommendations to implement," a statement on the project's X account said.

As opposed to the lie filled world you live in?

I have not read this list of 110 organizations.

Only the document itself. I can tell you from those readings that Project 2025 is chock full of right wing and Trump lies as justification for the power grab and spoils system it outlines.

Trump almost certainly won't impliment Project 2025 in its current form. But he will do something entirely similar, and he has the corrupt henchmen and lickspittles all lined up ready to fill key roles.

Trump is both too undisciplined and too erratic to have the patience to even read Project 2024(like most of his base). But it contains all the hallmarks of Trumpism.

Read it, and it's a recipe for corruption and bribery on a national scale. Which is something Trump wants. He wants his tribute, and he will appoint henchmen who will be his capos.

That's what he was busy trying to do in the last year of his regieme. Appointing judges he could bully or control. Appointing a range of "acting" senior personal (including the likes of Kash Patel and Jeffrey Clark).

They will bow to his dictatorial will.

    And that's what Trump wants.

Cheer for it, if you want to.

But you'll miss democracy eventually. By then, you will have given it away to a carnival barker and his deep state backers, and it will be too late.
