He was a member of the transition team which is engaged in it's foreign policy and is not only perfectly legal but expected. Kerry is not part of a presidential transition team.

So again, when can I expect that Kerry indictment from Fat Bob Costas (Barr)???

The transition team DOESN'T HAVE a foreign policy.... it has PLANS for what it wants to do in foreign policy AFTER the inauguration... Only the functioning government of the United Status has a foreign policy, and that was President Obama in Dec 2016.

I'll just continue to quote what Flynn pleaded guilty to.. You have ZERO answer for this....

To quote the turtle, "Case Closed".... especially as they have it RECORDED....

The White House Counsel was told it was "a possibility" Flynn had violated the Logan Act, but also probable that nobody would pursue it (now that's good lawyering)

Yes it does have a foreign policy and expected they speak for foreign dignitaries and discuss it. No Logan violation it you want one go after Kerry. And we better not see a single Democrat candidate speak with any foreigner or foreign official else you'll have to be screaming they get charged too.

Didn't matter with Trump and associates, we should go ahead and have a OSC for each and they can monitor their communications and make sure they are not being blackmailed or influenced by foreign governments.

Kushner has been / is being iinvestigated, Omar and Tlaib are not. Flynn is about to be sentenced to prison, Podesta is not. "Highlight" the part where I say Kushner is an exception.

Lolz ... for breaking the laws he admitted to violating. I did specifically say that the only way to discourage corruption was to punish it severely. No deals. Matter of factly, the public has no way of knowing whether Podesta initially told investigators the truth. Mueller didn't indict Podesta for lying, but that doesn't prove he was truthful.

Much like Biden's admission he pressured Ukraine to fire a judge investigating his son's company, Burisma.

Why is this so hard to grasp? The prosecutor was fired and Biden pushed for that firing along with the Ukrainian president, the Ukrainian parliament, his former assistant, the current prosecutor and all the members of the G7 and NATO because he was not investigating Burisma and other high profile subjects.
Your sentence should read "Much like Biden's admission he pressured Ukraine to fire a prosecutor charged with fighting corruption who was not prosecuting anyone of consequence including Burisma. In fact his former assistant resigned in protest of his not pursuing high profile cases prior to Biden's request."
