They fear that Trump will do to the Biden Administration what Biden and Obama did to Trump.

I seriously doubt that James or Smith will be prosecuted...
But, even IF they are, they won't do time...

There is a new sheriff in town... James and Smith and Bragg and Willis and Engoron and Merchan and your messiah Biden should be indicted and the corrupt DOJ should look for a corrupt Republican judge that gives the corrupt Republican government prosecutors everything they want...corrupt New York and DC prosecutors should travel to the Trump WH to get their marching orders ...... and the new corrupt AG and new FBI director should go before the oversight of Congress and claim they don't know nuttin bout' nuttin and claim repeatedly they can not deny or confirm any investigation because they have an obscure "rule" in their procedure book (not a law written by Congress) that overrules the constitution of the oversight of Congress and they don't have to answer any questions...

 

I looks like the left wing media is worried Trump's DOJ might spy on reporters or the FBI might have an insurance policy against the next democrat candidate for president, maybe even a pee tape.

Unless democrats openly and very loudly admit that Obama, Clinton and Biden did sneaky, underhanded and possibly illegal things to Trump, then Trump has my fullest support to do the same to them.
