The DOJ has been using a senior staffer, outside of DC, to look at the potential abuses that have surfaced in relation to the DC Grand Jury and the FISA application process. Andrew Weissman has continued to share information with Strzok which is a total breech of DOJ protocol since Strzok was removed from the group. Mueller is DUTY BOUND to remove Weissman at this point under § 600.7 (c) This is pointing in the direction of the appointment of a 2nd Special Counsel.
Where have you seen that? And I doubt anyone would be reviewing the "DC Grand Jury". Just let the investigation continue. We aren't even a year into it.
