    NIH letter debunks 'gain of function' denial

    The National Institutes of Health admitted Peter Daszak’s EcoHealth Alliance broke its reporting rules when conducting bat coronavirus research, with critics immediately contending this means Wuhan lab collaborator had indeed been conducting gain-of-function research and NIH lied about it.

    I kept telling everyone that Peter Daszak (Fauci's right hand man) was the guy that facilitated all of this. He was also the WHO choice to be an "investigator" on the CV-19 virus origins and he immediately squashed the "Lab Leak Theory".

    The question is... will Daszak be the fall guy, or does he take that scumbag Fauci with him?

    I cannot understand why you woud send the guy who facilitated the funding of Dr. Faucci's bioweapon to investigate the origin of Dr. Faucci's bioweapon. It is good to know the fox is keeping the henhouse safe. Why does Dr. Faucci still have a job? Why isn't he in jail?

    This may be a whack-a-doodle moonbeam idea, but perhaps overcoming vaccine hesitancy would be slightly easier if Dr. Faucci, the NIH, and the CDC refrained from relying on the "noble lie" as their go to strategy.

    I read those studies early last year. I was shocked by those studies where the scientists were combining bat coronavirus with the spike protein of other animals in order to make the virus more infectious. I went to a virology forum where an 'alleged' expert gave me 20 or so more studies where Wuhan researchers were conducting similar experiments. I remember how heated I got.

    Rand Paul will always be a legend for grilling Fauci on funding gain-of-function research. I don't think five years is enough. The man should be tried for crimes against humanity. A message needs to be sent or this will happen again. The man new this type of research was being conducted, and continued to refund it without notifying anyone. Everyone should be on board with this one.

    The definition of gain of function is the genetic splicing of the genes of a virus so that transmissibility, virulence, immunogenicity is increased. In the case of Covid-19, the wild allele could not infect humans. What other purpose was there to create Covid-19? Why else would one take a virus which humans are immune to and to alter it so that it could be spread among humans, if not to weaponize it? And I agree with you. I also do not understand why anyone would create a bioweapon and turn it over to the Abbot and Costello of bio-containment. Why is it safe to allow people who funded gain of function research the freedom to roam the streets of America, much less put this nutcase in charge of repairing the damage that he created?
