I think I know why Devin Nunes does not want to answer any Ukraine related questions and considers any journalist who asks those questions to be an "assassin."

Derek Harvey, everyone. That's the name of the guy who's leaking the whistleblower's name. Derek Harvey. The same Derek Harvey that was Trump's top Middle East adviser, hired by Flynn and was then Fired by H.R. McMaster in 2017. The best people.

Just remember that they are putting a fellow citizen who followed the rules and called out illegal action in danger. This is revenge for getting caught.

I would expect nothing less from anyone associated with a Scum (like Devin Nunes).

Obviously, Nunes wants the WB to be intimidated and threatened.

Although, it does beg the question:

IF everyone from the RW wants us to believe that Cali is Full of "Lefties"...

THEN how did Scum (like Nunes) even get elected?

There are 53 House Seats in Cali (and ONLY 46 are held by Dems).

Cali has all sorts of RWs running wild.

McCarthy (Prime IDIOT), Nunes (Prime Tinfoil Hat)...

If Cali is so "Full of Lefties", how did they ever elect 7 GOP House Members?

    Oh well...:salute:

Nothing surprising given that 1. Russia collusion v2.0 is revenge for an election result and 2. The republicans feel the need to keep up with the leeks from Schiff.

Of course, a story like this 100% confirms why it was important to hold these initial hearings behind closed doors..

    SNIP
Derek Harvey, who works for Nunes, the ranking Republican on the House intelligence committee, has provided notes for House Republicans identifying the whistleblower’s name ahead of the high-profile depositions of Trump administration appointees and civil servants in the impeachment inquiry. The purpose of the notes, one source said, is to get the whistleblower’s name into the record of the proceedings, which committee chairman Adam Schiff has pledged to eventually release. In other words: it’s an attempt to out the anonymous official who helped trigger the impeachment inquiry.
    ENDSNIP

The WB's name should be redacted from any release of transcripts, although we all need to know it eventually to give him the credit he is due...

EDIT - I still get a chuckle when I see the phrase "ranking Republican(s)".... they all rank in my book...

When they intentionally seek to punish fellow citizens who are legally protected whistleblowers, yea.

Republicans feel the need to endanger the life and safety of this legally protected whistleblower.

Whistleblower has no protection of being anonymous but is protected from losing his/her job. We all know why dems don't want the name out there though

    "Called it."

That's nice, but it would be nicer if we knew who and what was called.

I predicted that Nunes, as basically a WH operative himself, would leak the identity of the whistleblower once it was known.

Is it because Trump implied he is a traitor and should be executed?

That's my primary reason.... also because I really don't have a need to know anymore, since almost everything from his/her complaint has been corroborated elsewhere..

It's probably because English is not my first language, i always thought that either "one has already leaked" or "one will leak in the future"

Please explain what "he is leaking" means. Is he in the process of leaking as we speak, having leaked the first name and still leaking the last, or what am i missing? Lol

PS now the dems should justifiably feel free to start leaking like a sieve.... oh wait lol

Because then we can get the background on this person and if it's political it could be an issue

No because the dems implied he's a political and just happened to meet with Schiff, who lied about it and just happened to end up at the antiright lawfirm who ran the smear campaign on kavenaugh
