Cases awaiting deportation hearings. Obama simply needs to grab his pen and pick up the phone and start deporting 1000 a day, every day till they release the Marine. When they start squallering, tell 'em we'll up the 1000 a day 500 a week till they release him. Guaranteed he'd be free in a few days.

This person was not on duty. This person was not acting in any official capacity of the US Military or the US Government. He is a private citizen subject to the laws of the country he visits.
