Obama's Birth Certificates are Fake

You just stated that Obama is an American citizen no matter where he is born. So honestly this birther thing now has zero relevance. Why would Obama's mother fake the location of birth when he's going to be a citizen no matter what?

 

Right, I'm not a birther. But the fact is, he committed a fraud on the public with faked birth certificates.

 

But why would he commit fraud? What is the point to providing fake birth certificates if there was no motivation for his parents to fake his birthplace and he really is born in the US?

 

That's been my question all along. I don't doubt his citizenship. But why the fraudulent birth certificates? This to me is a mystery. Unless some of the conspiracy theories are right and Barack Obama was not the father, I don't know what other motive he would have for hiding it. Some might claim that he's a British subject if he were actually born in Kenya. I'm not sure about the laws regarding that. But once again, I have no doubt the certificates are frauds.

 

I'm a duel citizens because I was born to an American mother and a Danish father in Denmark. Just like Ted Cruz and John McCain who were also born abroad I have full rights to run for president and have all the same rights as any other American citizen, and being a duel citizen hasn't had any negative impact on my life in America.

Even if he was a British citizen, then that would make him a duel citizen, and America would have no problem accepting his citizenship at birth since he was born to an American.

If his birth certificate is fraudulent, there is a lack evidence that he directly knew it was or that he was involved in the fraud. Also, their fraudulent status and the perpetrator have not been demonstrated in a court of law.

In addition, Trump claimed that they were fraudulent and even claimed he had investigators looking into it. Later we learn that he had changed his mind and view Obama as born in the US with no claim of any fraud.

 

Right, I think Trump saw no up side in pursuing it.

My son was born in Japan to two American citizens. He has no right to claim citizenship there, but could also run for President, even if he weren't born on a military base.

I'm not certain about Ted Cruz citizenship claim, but I know McCain's was never in question. He was born an American citizen and was never a citizen of Panama.

As for Obama, if he were born in Kenya, I think he could make the case that he had duel citizenship. So I have doubts to the story that he was born there. It would be better to tell the truth then make his case. I think it's possible his father was Frank Marshall Davis. A DNA test would put those rumors to rest. If he were born in Hawaii and Barack Obama was his father, I see no reason for a fake birth certificate at all.
