On the other hand where would we be if we were all like them? I'd guess that out of a notional thousand, only a handful are involuntarily destitute. There's enough publicity around these days to the effect, 'If you don't want become an addict, then don't do drugs or alcohol or any other mind-altering substances.' And when you think about it, it's so easy not to do them? The more they're propitiated by simplistic liberals, the further they'll sink into their deprivation.

If anyone doesn't want to be destitute then they shouldn't indulge in practices which will surely bring it about? How effing easy is that??

You believe many poor, many disabled, many LGBT, many Roma want to migrate to the EU. Why not just cross the border in the ordinary manner. Why become homeless first?

You intending on fighting for the poor, the disabled, your LBGT community and whatever is the equivalent of the Roma in the US to be imprisoned?

So they do not become poor - they do not for instance loose a job and be unable to pay their mortgage, they are not born or become disabled, they are not LGBT and they make absolutely sure they are not born a Roma. Then as far as you are concerned they have not deliberately become a person who everyone understands should be homeless and hence should be imprisoned.

I have already provided information in this thread that those are the people who research have found are the main homeless in Hungary. You have claimed those people deliberately make themselves destitute due to who they are. You believe people who become homeless through losing their job deserve to be in prison. You believe in putting the disabled in prison. No surprises you want the LGBT community in jail and probably no surprise you also want the Roma imprisoned.

In all my years wandering the streets in my misfortune from my perspective a majority were not drug addicts or mentally ill at all, I think this is a popular stereotype people tell themselves to feel good about themselves or conveniently ignore the plight of others in apathy. It is easy to ignore problems especially if you conveniently ignore them pretending they're not there.

As for my post it is merely an exercise of thought provocation and illustrating what can happen to anybody when they go from a life having it all only to lose it all in a blink of an eye, as I said, it is easy to dismiss, mock, or ridicule others from the safe confines of your residence but, what happens when you become the very people you denigrate through powerful forces that are out of your control, what then?

Most have never had the privilege of losing it all to understand what I say here, and still yet not many people experience losing it all surviving later to tell the tale. Indeed, many who lose it all lose their minds and very individual being completely never to recover either ever again.

What will become of the arrogance and hubris of others when they find themselves under dire straits? I think many will come to understand that lovely English word known as madness where they will succumb to it all the same.

It is people like you who want to destroy the welfare state, incite the groups of society against each other and cover up the causes of problems if they are profound and against their own convictions!

We are talking here about Hungarian citizens who for whatever reason became homeless ... that may have their own reasons, but also have reasons where you are the victim of others.
And you come here straight away that these people are really criminal because of their homelessness?
It is clear ... even Hitler had propagated the simpler solution where denigrating such a social minority and declared outlaw, even to social Schmarotzern, which are on the purse of the company and only cost!

I claimed no such thing, nor did I make any of those preposterous accusations you dreamed up for whatever reason; Why on earth would I believe that someone who's disabled should be in prison? Or that LGBTs should be; or Roma? Or the homeless? WTF! What you on?? Try saving some of your tiresome 'compassion' for those who actually deserve it.

You claimed the people who were going to be put in jail deserved to be put in jail because they chose to become destitute.

Not because they're disabled though - or Roma or homeless? Or jobless, or LGBT. I think my brain might explode if I continue this exchange.

You didn't bother to find out did you. You claimed they had deliberately made themselves destitute and in post 106 you respond to my pointing out that it was the poor, the disabled, LGBT and the Roma with

so do not come back now saying anything else as it is all in black and white for everyone to read.

My first post on this thread was to support Mircea's summing up of 'dependency', quoting two aphorisms which confirm that it's not necessarily to best thing to help someone who's dysfunctional. Next thing I know is you ranting about homelessness, joblessness, Roma, LGBTs.

Please, don't call the gypsies "Roma". It's an insult to the city of Rome (pronounced exactly the same in Italian: Roma) and the Roman civilization. It's a PC term, coined by some anti-Western DS to humiliate Rome (and the Roman empire/culture) equating it with the subcast of "untouchables", the gypsies, the "filth" of Indian society.

Romanian really comes from "Rome" but not "Roma". "Roma" really is a meaningless term, it just means "man". In India, where the gypsies come from (or where the gypsies were banished from, to be precise) there is no Roma. There are the 4 castes and the "outcast/subcast" of the "untouchabes" (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Untouchability) or the "gypsies".

Ah that's where I've been going wrong then - I've always believed they were an underclass of indigenous Roumanians; I had no idea they hail from India. Ya live and learn?

You should know more about the British empire and the history of India, Mr. Cerberus. :bye:
The reason there are so many gypsies on the Balkans is the Ottoman invasion. Muslims love gypsies. In terms of, they do a heck of a good job harassing the infidels. :headbang: Other than that, they despise them, pretty much like everyone else.

Have you bad slept to write such crap? Sorry mate ... :)

The European continental Gipsys are divided between 2 groups_ Sinti and Roma!
This is not an invention of any trolls from the left wing area or the like! They even insist on being called Roma ... and the Sinti are an independent subgroup of the Roma!

That the name of the city of Rome is in Italian language Roma is on the one hand coincidence, but not really. What do you think why Romania is called with this name, eh? :)

I may call myself The Greatest Superman That Ever Lived. So what? It's just ridiculous boasting and wishful thinking.
Gypsies also love wearing a lot of gold jewelry. What does that tell you?

Romania and Romanians are really connected to Rome, not the Zigeuner. It's even noticeable in the language (it's the closest to Latin, as far as i know).

I copied who the official paper I looked at said they are and they said they are Roma. You however are just wanting to insult them. They do not come from Egypt.

That will be why you were wanting them with LGBT, the disabled and the poor to be put in jail...as a first move.
