I am in 100% support for folks afraid of a little shot in the arm to not get that shot in the arm. I am also in favor of business requiring their employees to adhere to their policies in order to stay employed. I am also in favor of business adding the lines "No Mask, No Vaccine" to the signs they currently have displayed that say "No Shoes, No Shirt, No service."
