    How about some reality.

Before Schiff met Pasternak a Ukrainian arms dealer, he could care less about supplying Ukraine with lethal weapons. But after Pasternak held a fundraiser for him, they became best friends. So much so, that Pasternak moved his company into Schiff's area.

Of course he's not the only arms manufacturer donating to Schiff's campaign, all the rest do as well - which explains Schiff's anti Russia tantrums. Pasternak is now moving his main office near Washington to assure Schiff's patronage as well as that of others - like for instance Nuland and her neo con in laws.

My conclusion: Do the Dems fear Trump's investigations only because of Biden, or is Schiff and the others trying to protect their own skin?

I don’t follow Adam Shiff or idolize him at all. He was my Congressman for a few years and I contacted his office a few times trying to sort out a few business problems after the idiotic Patriot Act was thrust upon all Americans. His office responded immediately and gave me some good advice. I appreciated that and felt like I had some Federal representation here in California. I attended a couple of his events in Burbank and he was very approachable and a down to earth guy. I found him to be a very bright, articulate and genuinely nice guy in person. I take people at face value no matter which political party they belong to. I am certainly not going to let you, Trump or Sean Hannity do my thinking for me. Now my new Rep is Katy Hill. Although I haven’t had occasion to write or call her office yet, I have followed her young career and so far, she seems like a good person and public servant. I just call ‘em as I see ‘em like a good umpire.

The most harmful part of all this is that leaders of nations are now fearful of speaking to our president. As an example, Merkle is now furious with Zalenki over what he said about her in the private conversation with Trump.

Who gave Palosi and Schiff the Constitutional right to foment foreign policy by telling the President that he has to reveal everything he says? How can he carry out foreign policy, or is that their intent? We have a real Constitutional crises here.

Actually Russia is the most concerned about this because they wanted to start talks on disarmament. Just imagine if Kennedy and Khruschev weren't able to speak privately during the Cuban missile crisis what the outcome might have been?

It didn't go nowhere. It categorically found that your dear leader's action met the three criteria of obstruction of justice. And eventually he would have been impeached on those charges specifically if it weren't for the fact the sleazebag tried to shakedown allied governments to get interferring in american elections by investigating his partisan opposition.

What a lowlife unamerican scumbag weakling attempting to bully foreigners into investigate his domestic political foes.

I can see why you admire him.

It is so sad that the Trumpers ignore the messages and attack the messages. They went ballistic over Hillary’s benign emails and Obamas birth certificate But want to excuse something so deplorable

Just saying so doesn't make it so. What specifically are you referring to and what evidence do you have?

And feigning ignorance doesn't make it go away, either.

It appears you can't impeach a representative of congress,
So what? Trump already made man of the year in 2016.

The terms "lying" and "treason" are certainly not mutually exclusive.

And treason is not necessarily punished with execution. In the USA a conviction of treason only carries a mandatory minimum sentence of a mere 5 years in prison, a $10,000 fine, and a ban from holding office.

Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.

Is Schiff giving "aid and comfort" to the enemy when publicly directs political subterfuges at the Commander IN Chief of the US military during a time of war?

    Perhaps a jury should decide.

Well, he lied to the public continuously about having solid evidence that Trump conspired with Russia so there is that.

No literate person needs a jury to clearly see the answer is no.

That because I read the Russian new sources to find out what's going on in the world. The reportages in the MSM are all carbon copies of one another. Now, are you going to tell me that there isn't one writer in our 'esteemed' news sources that can form a different opinion?

The fact that you claimed that "treason is defined very, very narrowly under our laws" even though our treason statute contains vague, unexplicit and ambiguous terminology such as "aid and comfort" and "adheres to their enemies" would make any literate person question your reading comprehension skills.

There is nothing ambiguous there except to those desperate enough to try to feign enough leeway to imprison or murder their political opponents. The SC has been consistent about this narrow definition. Unless you've waged actual war against the US or are aiding those who have, you haven't committed treason. The loose definition you are trying to force is an invitation for actual tyranny. You should stop. It isn't okay to imprison or murder someone just because you don't like their political opinions. This shouldn't be controversial.

The Founding Fathers obviously never intended treason to apply to any action that might give some non-wartime rival the warm-and-fuzzies.

    Just a few thoughts here:

If some Democrats adhere to and support the Washington liberal ideologues such as George Soros or the Troskyites with their one world order, then wouldn't it be treasonous since their intent is to overthrow our government and Constitution for a one world government?

Since a one world government is an international movement, then wouldn't the investigation have to be an international as well as a domestic one?

Are the Democrats blocking the investigations in the international theater solely out of fear of their individual corruption, or is there more involved here?

Go to it Trump! Go to it Guiliani! Don't let them frighten you.

Look, I don't have the video available right now, and I hate Schiff, but he didn't do anything illegal.
He did say something like and don't quote me cause this is from memory; "this is basically the message conveyed by the president".
He did cover himself by throwing something like that in during the end of his little rant.
    Shady? Yes
    Slimey? Yes
    ILLEGAL? NO!
let's please be better than the democrats and not label EVERYTHING a crime like they do please
