President Trump Planning “Save America” Rally in Florence, Arizona on Jan. 15th

Former President Donald Trump is planning a “Save America” rally in the rural community of Florence, Arizona on January 15th, shoring up his political presence in the competitive state likely to feature close elections in the 2022 midterms as well as the next presidential election.

News of the rally was announced on Thursday.

The event will be held at the Country Thunder Festival Grounds in Florence. Tickets are available here. Doors will open around 2PM, with the President slated to begin his remarks around 5PM.

This is great news! It is always a joy to see and hear President Trump at one of these events! His defense of America, our nation, people, culture, and history is so refreshing. The excitement and enthusiasm of those to go to see him is energizing as well. I can’t wait to watch it on TV!

There’s no evidence that he’s running for office at this time. He’s certainly not on any 2022 ballot.

 

His rallies are part of a campaign. Not necessarily (or yet) an election campaign, but definitely not a Current Event.

 

There is plenty of evidence that he is still leading the party and is their preferred candidate for 2024.

 

Let's say Trump runs for the House in 2022 and the Republicans gain a majority. It's totally possible he could take over Pelosi's office as Speaker of the House.

The breaking news about his planned events most certainly is a current event. It’s interesting to see liberal members lobby to move conservatives news articles to other sections despite them being news articles at the source of origin of the news story. Then I expect that as 2022 progresses that there will be no news here at all regarding the 2022 midterms at the local, state or federal level or any news about those getting into the 2024 presidential primaries on either side. I know that standard was not held to regarding last months elections around the country regarding school boards and local office or New Jersey and Virginia. So, no news ever about any future election will ever again be allowed in current events by anyone. Is that the new standard?

Anyone who doesn't think that Donald Trump is going to run for president again should know this: I have received fundraising emails from Donald Trump multiple times daily, non-stop since the year 2016. He even campaigned for himself while in office. And, not just around election time either.
