We all know why, the LW would rather people die than admit Trump was right.

Well, we can take your word or we can take the word of actual doctors.

Doctors whose patients have seen recovery with hydroxychloroquine

    Or this:

An international poll of more than 6,000 doctors released Thursday found that the antimalarial drug hydroxychloroquine was the most highly rated treatment for the novel coronavirus.

The survey conducted by Sermo, a global health care polling company, of 6,227 physicians in 30 countries found that 37% of those treating COVID-19 patients rated hydroxychloroquine as the “most effective therapy” from a list of 15 options

But then, Governor Cuomo has been touting it as successful so I hate it now because I hate Governor Cuomo...

New York Governor Andrew Cuomo said Monday that early responses to the antimalarial drug hydroxychloroquine “anecdotally” suggest its use in the coronavirus fight has been “effective,” but that official data was still forthcoming.

As for your "one guy" story, I would not have said his recovery was from hydroxychloroquine had he been given the drug - in all cases that I have linked, it is the doctors and the patient themselves who said it. And that you "know one guy" is far less reliable, anecdotally, than virtually any other claim or story that has been told here or on the mainstream press.

That you claim to know several people still sick is also meaningless. First off, it's not particularly believable. Second, you don't know anything about their treatment or other issues. You say they "got", past tense, hydroxychloroquine, but they're "still", present tense, sick. How would you know what they're being treated with? 1 in 379 have been confirmed to have the virus in the US. According to the CDC:

The COVID-19–associated hospitalization rate among patients identified through COVID-NET for the 4-week period ending March 28, 2020, was 4.6 per 100,000 population
    .

No, the numbers do not support you knowing "several" hospitalized for coronavirus. I call BS on your claim. I doubt you know "of" several let alone actually knowing several well enough to know their conditions and medical treatments during their hospitalization.

Your second link appears to be the Washington times and this is what an analysis of their survey showed

You can stick your head in the sand and pretend to not hear the truth. The Townhall article is a collection - it has links to several articles and stories. The links in the Townhall article point to ABC Channel 7 in Los Angeles, NY Post, Fox News, NY Post.. I know you'll dismiss Fox but do you dismiss ABC and NY Post.

You just demonstrate that you're not interested in facts; you're purely political.

In the second quote, I didn't even realize it was there, is a link to the actual survey results. Thanks for causing me to find it. Here's the actual results of the survey of the most effective medications. It loses formatting on pasting but you can go see it for yourself. Even in NYC, 25% of doctors believe that hydroxychloroquine is the most effective treatment - proving, beyond any doubt, that Lesh is wrong when he says that it is not what doctors are saying.

I think I told you before... There's pattern here, isn't there. You say it and I prove you wrong... I'm pretty sure I'm batting 1000.

Here's where my link was supposed to point: https://nypost.com/2020/04/02/hydroxychloroquine-most-effective-coronavirus-treatment-poll/

No, it wasn't the Washington Times but it's the same survey, perhaps published in both rags; I don't know what's in the Washington Times. Here's what your FAIL from FullFakeNews says:

The red in the quote box above is a FAKENEWS LIE:

But, and thanks again for helping lead me to it, here's what the Sermo survey actually said: 37% of physicians who have treated COVID-19 patients believe Hydroxychloroquine is the most effective therapy of a list of 15 options. FullFact.org: Not factual at all. You misrepresented me and used a lie from FullFact.org to try to back it up.

FullFact.org.. Funny that. They're fake news. What I quoted - in the very post you attacked, was 37% say hydroxychloroquine IS THE MOST EFFECTIVE. It doesn't say is among the most effective.

What did the other 63% of physicians prefer?

Not even Trump is touting this any more. This train has sailed (yea I know)

If this was as effective as you keep trying to claim...then why prey tell is the recovery rate so low?

In the US this drug is widely used.

We have 750,000 known cases...42,000 dead...and only 75,000 people recovered.

Let me say that again...only 75,000 people recovered

Let me repeat that one more time

    Only 75,000 people recovered

The medical data doesn't support your anecdotal assertions here. Why would you try to spread this kind of misinformation now?

Nobody wants it to be ineffective.

But we don’t believe it IS effective just because PINO says so.

In real double blind tests it seems about as effective as a placebo.

I was curious as to why Trump didn't mention HCQ during yesterday's 'rally'. He mentioned there was "incredible" work being done by "incredible" people. But not mention of his miracle drug that he thought everyone should take. That he might even take himself.

I find it hard to believe there are still people out there that reject the idea of trying drugs that may provide relief.
    Think they have an agenda?

Wondering how many out there would not give chocolate to patients with the Chinese virus if it were mentioned by President Trump?

    Why yes I do.

Which will make Nov all the sweeter.

How crappy is it to be a Dem these days?

Trump vs Clinton, not sure their is another viable candidate he could have beat other that the Hag.

Trump vs Biden, again what a horrible choice to beat Trump. Biden has the oratory skills and personality of a tree stump. And he has dementia.

Imagine if it was Amy K or Pete B running, they would have a chance of beating him I think.

The DNC could not pick the winner in a one sided contest recently. Totally inept.

They didn't prefer anything as much as hydroxychloroquine was preferred, did they? Surely you read the survey report that I linked - and thank you again for leading me to it.
