Proposed reality film series based on keeping M.P. Sean Fraser

At the first meeting where I heard Member of Parliament Sean Fraser speak.........
IF he had butchered his first speech I would have cast my ballot for his
impressive rival......... but .... as you can guess.... .he really hit the ball out of the park
and back in 2015 he won the nomination to represent the Liberal Party of Canada.

The proposed reality / documentary / news and semi-reality science fiction film series is set in
an alternate universe of 2012 to 2020 in which voter fraud in the USA was dealt with and
Mr. Mitt Romney was elected President of the USA in 2012.

Here is the question to my thinking an entire film series could be focused around
addressing:

"If average ocean levels rose by eight to ten cms (3 or 4 inches) could high tide...

... rise by one meter in the Isthmus of Chignecto in Nova Scotia, Canada?
This question is logical because the geography of Canada's Bay of Fundy produces the world's highest tides. In my part of Nova Scotia in Guysborough County there is very little funnelling of tidal waters......... so high tide is only about one to one point five meters above low tide.

In the eastern area of the Bay of Fundy high tide levels are up by ten to fifteen meters."

I've been promoting an alternative theory on stabilization of the climate since 2007 that could inspire several of Canada's political parties to cooperate with each other at least to some degree?

This obviously reminds me of Isaiah chapter 35 and..... .of an alternative theory on stabilization of the climate put forward by a New Mexico biologist and coach:

After teaching English in Quito, Ecuador for over a year I returned home to Nova Scotia
determined to be more politically and socially active. Seeing real poverty with our own eyes
will tend to have that effect on us.

If I remember correctly I believe that I read that Mr. Sean Fraser had also spent quite a bit of
time in a third world nation which was one of the reasons why I chose him at the nomination
meeting and why I voted for him in 2015.

Once I saw that P. M. Justin Trudeau had been given a majority government
I left the Liberal Party because I've noticed in my sixty years that majority governments tend to
work out rather badly. Late in 2015 I left Canada's Liberal Party and joined the Conservative Party
of Canada that at that time was gearing up for a national leadership race. I began the following
page and group for obvious reasons, I had hoped to see Mr. Peter MacKay enter the race and
become Prime Minister of Canada.

I did submit my application to represent the People's Party of Canada here in Central - Nova
for 2019 but.......... within two hours of meeting Mr. Al Muir I was trying my best to convince him
to represent the PPC rather than for me to do it because:

1. Mr. Al Muir is one of the best listeners that I have ever met.

2. Mr. Al Muir is one of the most honest and blunt speakers and writers that I have ever met and he is willing to get into trouble to write and speak the truth as he sees it.

3. Mr. Al Muir has an extensive background of being involved in complex issues such as the national gun registry that obviously prepares him for the role of Member of Parliament for Central - Nova.

4. Many of his articles that have already been published in local newspapers deal with issues that have relevance not only here in Nova Scotia but for all across Canada.

"The Ivany Report, on growing the economy of Nova Scotia, proposed an ambitious 10-year time frame to implement policies aimed at a provincial economic turnaround. While it sets a series of lofty goals, for the most part related to economic development and increased population, it supplies no direction on how to meet them.

It is one thing to call for a 50 per cent increase in business startups, an increase of annual exports by 50 per cent and doubling revenue from the tourism industry – it is quite another to meet those objectives. Realistically, only the most perennially optimistic among us would give even an outside chance of these goals being attained in a 10-year time frame.

In the area of population the report calls for a dramatic increase in immigration. The report dismissed the question of which has to come first, immigration or economic expansion, characterizing the relationship as a chicken/egg argument. If what comes first is not clear to the drafters of the Ivany report it is clear to Nova Scotian residents moving to Alberta to obtain one of the many jobs available there. The report recommended that we must be more open and welcoming to new immigrants. The fact that former Alberta premier Ralph Klein welcomed the first wave of Nova Scotians with the designation of "Eastern Canadian bums," with no noticeable effect on the exodus, further underlines the importance of what comes first. The reports framing of the issue shifts focus away from the primary population problem facing the entire western world and most of the developed world – precariously low birth rates.

The report also proposes globalization-inspired dynamic urban centres, to end the rural/urban divide. There are valid concerns about this approach given the singular ascendancy of Halifax to that status. The expectation that a strong Halifax economy will trickle down to the rest of the province has little basis in fact. The decentralizing of government departments has been a recognized economic tool in this country for decades. Halifax's maintenance of the lion’s share of the province’s civil service jobs factors into financial indicator reports placing Halifax in the enviable position of all green marks while Cape Breton labours under significant red marks. Given the recent economic hardships befalling Pictou County an argument can be made that the opposite of a trickle-down effect is occurring, a sort of black-hole effect, where everything gravitates towards the centre.

At first glance the proposal of a non-partisan approach to economic renewal by all the political parties is the most promising aspect of the report. Premier Stephen McNeil's formation of the OneNS Coalition naming himself chair with vice-chairs Jamie Baillie and Maureen MacDonald representing the other parties meets the report's recommendation of political co-operation. In some instances, that co-operation is advisable and potentially effective, in others it is questionable if it is in the best long-term interests of Nova Scotians.

While some have questioned the lack of urgency in the OneNS Coalition's end of 2015 timetable to create a plan, as opposed to the report’s sense of urgency, the lack of concrete steps in the report made that delay inevitable. Of more concern is the three parties agreeing on a common way forward on issues related to the province’s decline that are a result of previous and current government actions.

In a nod to one of these issues the report recommended the province lower its debt-to-GDP to 30 per cent or less. A section of the report is titled, The Government-Led Economy 1950-1995. In the 1980s a staggering 40 per cent of the province’s GDP, the highest percentage of any Canadian province, was created by the public sector. That sector is still the largest component of the provincial economy. The report outlines the political divide between those that believe there is too much government spending dragging down the economy and those that believe continued government growth is the way forward. In ducking the issue the report states, "an extended debate about government versus private sector economic leadership may distract attention away from the tough choices we now face in Nova Scotia."

McNeil's government, to this point, has made two significant moves on the financial front. First, a budget that failed miserably to tackle the deficit/debt problem. Second, the announcement of a new statutory holiday in February. Neither the work/school days typically lost to bad weather that time of year, nor the costs associated with the day, were enough to deter them. While business anticipates their costs at $130 million, which will be passed on to consumers, it appears McNeil's government did not stop to calculate the total government cost. A conservative estimate would be one of the two percentage points the Liberals failed to lower the GST by.

I do have a proposal in mind that I believe could cause the economy of Central - Nova to boom.........
frankly...... if this were implemented it might just be possible to stem to tide of people leaving rural
Canada to go to the large cities to find jobs. If this were done this might just allow Canadians living in
rural areas to employ each other.

I've connected this proposal to an issue that can cause the number one opponents of a Basic Minimum Income
to rethink their position:

Would a Basic Minimum Income dramatically reduce abortions?

Five hundred dollars per Canadian per month, can this work?

I am advocating the usage of the Bank of Canada that is owned by all Canadians to finance giving five hundred dollars per month to all thirty seven million Canadians.

It will of course mean much more to poorer Canadians than to millionaires........
but it could be surprising how many stay at home wives with cheap and stingy millionaire husbands who control the purse strings of the home may find this extra five hundred very helpful indeed.

I suspect that well over eighty percent of of Canadians will spend this money reasonably well and:
1. enrol their kids in more after school programs.....
2. begin to purchase a higher percentage of organic produce vs the cheap GMO stuff
3. purchase a newer car, SUV or half ton truck
4. do renovations to their homes
5. hire landscapers to do certain projects on their properties
6. pay down their debt loads, especially the higher interest ones
7. buy a new home rather than renting
8. buy a cottage outside the city so that they can get away for weekends
9. many will choose to move to rural Canada in order to escape relatively hectic city life
10. eat at nice restaurants more often

11. I also believe that a significant percentage of Canadian women who would have chosen to have an abortion under the present economic situation will CHOOSE to keep their babies as opposed to having an abortion!

I suspect that less than ten percent of Canadians will attempt to live off this five hundred dollars / month and simply use it to drink or smoke more.
To whatever degree this happens the worst cases where these Canadians put themselves and others in danger this can be dealt with by issuing food stamps vs a monthly check.

When I met with M. P. Sean Fraser at the Lions Hall in Sherbrooke, Guysborough County, N. S., in
2016 the first thing that I spoke to him about was dealt with in the following article by Ms. Betty Krawczyk. M. P. Sean Fraser taught me a new phrase that day. As I explained what I was thinking about he said to me..... "You mean Quantitative Easing?"

I repeated that phrase over and over again my head so that I could remember it and when I Googled it later that day I knew that M. P. Fraser was indeed correct......... Quantitative Easing was exactly what I was attempting to explain!

HOW PIERRE TRUDEAU TURNED US INTO DEBT SLAVES

Trudeaumania was just gearing up when I immigrated to Canada in late 1966. I, too, was impressed with Trudeau. He was intelligent, articulate, with liberal ideas. And as Prime Minister, Trudeau repatriated the Canadian Constitution and told the morals’ police to stay out of people’s bedrooms. But then…but then. As Anthony’s famous speech in Shakespeare’s play Julius Caesar reminds us… “the evil that men do live after them while the good is often interred with their bones. So let it be with Caesar.”

But somehow this worked backward for Trudeau. Many Canadians still think highly of Pierre Trudeau, but in 1974 he did one terrible thing that changed the lives, for present and future, of all Canadians, for the worse. Trudeau gave the leading operations of the Bank of Canada over to the private banks operating in Canada.

The Bank of Canada was first established by Prime Minister Richard Bennet in 1935 as a private central bank, but was then nationalized by William Lyon Mackenzie King in 1938. By nationalizing the bank, Mackenzie King meant for it to belong to the people so the Canadian government could borrow funds with little or no interest for capital expenditures. The mandate of the newly nationalized Bank of Canada was to act as the banker to the government and to manage the public debt. As Mackenzie King famously said: “Once a nation parts with the control of their currency and credit, it matters not who makes that nation’s laws. Usury, once in control, will wreck any nation. Until the control of the issue of currency and credit is restored to government and recognized as its most sacred responsibility, all talk of sovereignty of parliament and of democracy is idle and futile.”

So the Bank of Canada was nationalized in 1938 and the government could now borrow money with little or no interest. And it worked. The Canadian government built freeways, public transportation systems, subway line, airports, the St. Lawrence Seaway and funded a national health care system and the Canada Pension Plan. But then Trudeau, under the influence of the international financial group called Basel’s
Committee’s Recommendations (The Basel Committee on Banking Supervision) made the decision to halt the borrowing of money from the Bank of Canada, and instead, chose to borrow from the private banks who instead of lending to the government at no interest, or low interest, introduced higher interest rates along with compound interest.

All banks know very well the magic of compound interest. And Pierre Trudeau must have known that the mounting compounded national debt would lead to Canadians eventually owing a dollar fifty for every dollar of their disposable incomes. After all, he studied economics at the London School of Economics. Surely the professors there knew about compound interest.

So Pierre Trudeau, instead of feeling blessed that Canada, unlike the US, had a nationalized central bank, signed our bank away to the private banks. Couldn’t Trudeau, such an educated man, surmise that citizens in a few years would be struggling to make car payments and meet rent and mortgages and student loans and to buy healthy food while last year’s profits for the big five (that’s Royal Bank, TD Bank, Scotiabank, Bank of Montreal and CIBC amounted to $31.7 billion?) If he did, he didn’t care. But it doesn’t have to be this way. It really doesn’t. Our Bank of
Canada is still there. Next time." (Betty Krawczyk)

Mr. Al Muir's article on how to approach the issues at Boat Harbour impresses me as being brilliant.........
and relevant not only here in Central - Nova but all across Canada. This is the version of his article that he
sent to all of us who show up to the Central - Nova, People's Party of Canada Electoral District Association

When it comes to Boat Harbour Northern Pulp and its predecessors have been everything but good corporate citizens. At the same time successive provincial governments, in the interests of retaining mill jobs and spin off operations, have been lax in enforcing regulations regarding both the mill and boat harbour.

With Boat Harbour’s impending shutdown the mills plan is to replace its existing treatment plant and dump the resulting effluent into the Northumberland Strait. In effect creating a second toxic waste dump - waste that will in future prove more impossible to clean up than in its current location and more damaging in its effects on marine life. As fishers, tourism operators, environmentalists and area residents contend, it is an unacceptable option.

At the same time there is genuine and legitimate concern about the loss of jobs should the mill be forced to close.Not just at the mill but in its supporting spin off employment. In a letter to the Chronicle Herald Daniel Paul, a Mi’kmaq elder from Halifax- after admonishing non-First Nations residents of the county for not demanding that the mill be shut down when effluent began to poision Boat Harbour- wrote:” The mill is an important economic entity for the area and for the province, and therefore must remain open.”

Which brings us back to Boat Harbour and its planned remediation. It is hoped by community residents that after remediation the area can be returned to its previous uses. In my asking numerous people if they would allow their children to eat a fish caught there after remediation the response was a unanimous no. Questioned by Brendan Ahern of The News, remediation project manager, Ken Swain, was reported as saying that the containment site will need to be monitored perpetually after remediation is complete. Extrapolated to the planned pipeline in the Strait, this should be a grave concern.

As Jim Vibert reiterated in a recent article in the Herald, Premier McNeil whose government passed the law in 2015 to shut down Boat Harbour, has said the deadline is firm unless an extension is approved by the Pictou Landing Mi’kmaq community. In the same article, Mr Vibert contends there is no compromise in sight in relation to the closure of Boat Harbour and the addition of a new effluent pipe into the strait.

There is, in fact, a compromise possible, but it is dependant on the continued generosity of the long suffering Pictou Landing Mi’kmaq community and Northern Pulp’s willingness to participate in concrete steps on the path to reconciliation and atonement.

Northern Pulp currently manages 600,000 acres of land. The mill needs to sit down with band leaders and negotiate land transfers to the community. Land transfers generous enough that it would be difficult for the community to reject. Land that may, and should, include river, lake and/ or ocean frontage that would offer the same recreational and spiritual value of those they have lost. Land that would be of value to native woodsman and women for commercial use, if that is what is desired. In short, land that is judged by the community to, at least in part, right grievous wrongs. The community would continue to hold any and all present lands and property they currently hold title to.

In return, the mill would construct their new treatment facility and pipe its resulting effluent into Boat Harbour. Remediation would continue on as best as possible with the knowledge further pollution would occur. There is some question of the long term viability of the mill but such a move by Northern Pulp would signal their serious intention to remain a valuable employer in this area over the long term. This, rather than creating a second waste site, and in short order leaving another mess for taxpayers to clean up.

From the perspective of our party the age of corporate welfare is drawing to a close. Business must be personally responsible for their actions while showing respect for the community and fairness to its residents. The job of our party, in this case, is to insure treaty status is conferred on any and all new lands handed over to the Pictou Landing Mi’kmaq community by Northern Pulp. As a candidate my personal responsibility is to insure that happens.

Mr. Sean Fraser CANNOT BE BLAMED for choosing to represent Canada's Liberal Party because if
he had gone with any other political party he would have been in big trouble with his mom and / or his grandmother........

Also..... it is not M. P. Sean Fraser's fault that his boss P. M. Justin Trudeau is pursuing policies that
are tending to drive the province of Alberta toward forming a separate Republic.

Also.... Mr. George Canyon cannot be blamed for choosing to represent the Conservative Party of Canada.
My first choice in the CPC 2017 leadership race was Mr. Kevin O'Leary but my number two choice was Mr. Andrew Scheer
who I believe is an exceptionally good writer and speaker.

Another issue that could potentially inspire M. P. candidates from all across the political spectrum to cooperate,
at least somewhat with other candidates...... .is the fact that as of 2014 there were SEVEN HUNDRED AND TEN
TRILLION DOLLARS in the worldwide Derivatives market!

CIA economist Mr. Jim Rickards warned us at that time of the possibility of a ONE HUNDRED TRILLION DOLLAR
MELTDOWN in the Derivatives market that could of course potentially spread to other markets.

What Mr. Jim Rickards warned us about sounds to me like a BEAR MARKET and is something that could
resemble 1929.

Yes...... Mr. Al Muir is certainly a real threat here in Central - Nova and yes....... I would take it as a compliment that he is being attacked by those who perceive him as a worthy rival.

I admit that I tend to be naive....... but I personally have a question in mind that I am hoping several of the M.P. candidates here in my area will come together to address openly and honestly because the stakes are so huge.

Is the eastern area of the Bay of Fundy in the position of the proverbial "canary in the coal mine" when it comes to the possibility of ocean levels rising??????

I am no expert but from the feedback that I got on this over the past year from some experts it seems that my concern is valid. Could our impressive M. P. Mr. Sean Fraser admit publicly that a Carbon Tax applied all across Canada would do essentially NOTHING to protect billions of dollars worth of real estate in Nova Scotia and New Brunswick and the State of Maine from the threat posed by rising ocean levels?

We Canadians produce less than two percent of atmospheric CO2 emissions so our burdening Canadian taxpayers and business owners with billions of dollars in Carbon Taxes will NOT prevent ocean levels from rising. Once Mr. Al Gore made his film lawyers with a background in the environmental sciences felt they could make billions off his idea so they promoted his idea to young Canadians and Americans but....... much more well thought out ideas on stabilization of the climate have been proposed other than a Carbon Tax.

Central - Nova has the potential to become the home of a whole new state of the Antigonish Movement that could transform the world economy and political environment.

The long knives are out for yours truly and my fellow candidates. Check out the link at the bottom from my fellow gun owners in the CSSA that I am on a first name basis with.

After many years of trying to turn the CSSA and the Conservatives around on the criminalized licensing issue I have arrived at this point. I have little doubt the CSSA intentionally cooperated with the Conservatives on this coordinated piece. This article is obvious proof that the CSSA are more interested in getting Conservatives elected than electing candidates that fully understand and support the aspirations of law abiding gun owners.

Central Nova is my riding and I am the PPC candidate in it. But as I said they know that. I am flattered that they are concerned enough to specifically target me. They obviously know I am a threat to take this riding. The hope on their parts is that if they go after the most firearms issue knowledgeable of our candidates, myself, that it will reflect badly on our other candidates, in the sense of taking votes from them. While the Conservatives are not particularity bright attempting this approach their puppets in the CSSA are little more than their useful fools. They are the fools who have not attempted to use the old standard line of "supporting candidates that support gun owner rights" but instead have specifically aligned themselves with the Conservatives.These are the same Conservatives that continue to support the Liberals criminalized paper licensing infractions. There is a reason this piece did not originate with the NFA that have long rejected the Conservatives criminalized licensing.

Before accepting the nomination I, in no uncertain terms, made it clear that our parties firearms policy would require a significant overhaul before I would accept a candidacy. Subsequently I got to work on those changes with the result that I am now the candidate. Going forward I will continue to advise the party on acceptable firearms policy.

Oddly the Conservatives did not parachute their candidate, George Canyon, into the riding, he rode home on a horse after over a decade of absence. My campaign is one of ideas, not singing somebody else's songs.They are ideas that do not include the continuation of the Lib/Con criminalized paperwork licensing infractions.

Hi Premier Wynne,

I kicked off my campaign to become Leader of the Conservative Party of Canada a couple of weeks ago, and have been traveling the country meeting with Canadians. I have to bring on a lot of new members if I am going to win this thing and defeat your buddy Justin Trudeau in 2019.

I recently did some events in Ottawa, and Im pleased to say that the meeting hall was packed young people came out by the hundreds. It seems they are getting a little antsy about the fact that Ontarios economy is grinding to a halt. (These pesky kids, the next thing you know, theyre all going to want jobs!) I know you are not spending any time worrying about them. Youre too busy dreaming up new taxes in Ontario, buying carbon credits from California and wasting our money on foreign green tech deals, that go nowhere.

At my last meeting, the craziest thing happened. I was about to start my Q&A when a farmer raised his and hand to give me a folded piece of paper.

I was blown away; it was his hydro bill for $71,618.58!

These hydro bills you send out are so complicated nobody can figure out whats going on. But I guess thats your strategy you do a great job of hiding your mistakes with language. You signed 20 and 30 year green contracts for wind and solar farms and agreed to purchase electricity at 80 cents per kilowatt hour when everybody else pays 2.3 cents per kilowatt hour. I love the way you call it a Global Adjustment Fee as if its out of your control.

On this poor farmers bill, this fee was buried with all the other taxes, delivery charges, regulatory charges, debt retirement and HST charges. You know Im a numbers guy, so I went to work on this right away. Basically, he used $5,177.31 worth of electricity. The other $66,441.27 amounted from all your charges and taxes with fancy names that you make him pay to cover up for your uneconomic wind and solar contracts. Add this to the new carbon tax scheme that you and Justin Trudeau have forced on voters and you are killing his business. This is his livelihood at stake, have you no shame?

But wait, there is more.

He found out that you recently sold 22.6 billion kilowatt hours of electricity to farmers and their neighbours in New York and Michigan. People in those states are not stupid, they are not willing to pay for your mistakes. They buy electricity at the market rate of 2.3 cents while you make our Ontario farmers and residents pay 40 times more.

Dont you see anything wrong with that?

Anyway, not to be ungrateful for your leadership and business acumen, but here is what Im going to do for you. You know how NHL winners take the Stanley Cup around the country and let people take pictures with it?

Im going to make this Ontario farmers hydro bill your Stanley Cup. It is the symbol of your great leadership.

Over the next few months, I will be meeting with thousands of Ontario taxpayers in small and big towns alike. Ill bring this bill with me. I will explain every line item to them. Time to clear up the hydro bill confusion, dont you agree? From what the voters are telling me, Ontarians want the cold, hard, truth. Im going to give it to them.

Oh, one last thing: as a seasoned politician, Im sure you know how expensive these road trips are. Given all the taxes I have paid to you over the years it would be wonderful if you could return the favor and contribute to my campaign. How Voting PPC Could Re-Elect a Liberal
in Central Nova

In over 50 electoral districts, Election 2019 is a coin-flip.

Central Nova, in Nova Scotia, is one of those coin flips. It’s also a riding where the PPC (People's Party of Canada) voters could be the deciding factor and deliver this riding into the hands of the Liberal Party.

The latest projections from poll aggregator 338Canada.com show the Conservatives lead is a mere 0.5%. The PPC is polling at 3.8%, more than enough extra to ensure a Conservative victory. i
Wouldn’t it be awesome to send first-term Liberal MP Sean Fraser into early retirement without a gold-plated pension?

It may not happen if PPC voters insist on voting for a candidate who cannot win in this riding. Those voters, an estimated 3.8% of voters in this riding, could turn a one-term wonder into a two-term MP who will work hard to take away your guns.

That doesn’t serve Nova Scotian firearm owners. That doesn’t serve Canadians.

If PPC voters insist on splitting the vote, the only thing they will accomplish in Central Nova is re-electing a Liberal MP.

One of two men will be prime minister on October 22, 2019, and it won’t be PPC leader Maxime Bernier. That’s guaranteed.

But whether it’s the man who wants to take away your guns or the one who doesn’t is still unknown.
The PPC’s vote-splitting in this riding could help deliver Trudeau a second term in office, something no Canadian can afford.

The only way to block a Liberal from being elected in Central Nova in October is to vote Conservative.

Back in 2008 I cast my ballot for Green Party Leader Ms. Elizabeth May because her response to my
2008 Municipal Campaign writing was, in my opinion, both brilliant as well as extremely helpful to me.
She replied to me essentially that "turning deserts green is one part of a full response to climate change" and
that she "planned to make Central - Nova a hub for film production."

Green Party Leader Ms. Elizabeth May is well aware of the Antigonish Movement and I personally believe that
alternative currencies, perhaps digital, as well as film production and the ability of workers at this time to do so many jobs
from their home set the stage for a whole new level to the Antigonish Movement.

I believe that the Green Party candidate for Central - Nova Mr. Barry Randle could become an actor playing the role
of a Member of Parliament in an alternate time line, and he should be able to carry several, if not several dozen residents of
our area into quite well paying jobs because the following question has enormous implications for the prevention of
World War III that some people think we are in the first stages of at this time, the economic stage!

Here is the crucial question:
"If average ocean levels rose by eight to ten cms (3 or 4 inches) could high tide...
... rise by one meter in the Isthmus of Chignecto in Nova Scotia, Canada?

This question is logical because the geography of Canada's Bay of Fundy produces the world's highest tides. In my part of Nova Scotia in Guysborough County there is very little funnelling of tidal waters......... so high tide is only about one to one point five meters above low tide.

In the eastern area of the Bay of Fundy high tide levels are up by ten to fifteen meters."

I believe that this question can be related to saving huge cities BILLIONS and tens of billions of dollars in
the cost of building sea walls, dikes and installing massive sump pumping stations because turning deserts green
on a massive scale in theory...... could keep ocean levels relatively stable?????

Hopefully..... all major candidates and many of their workers from all of the major parties can be kept busy in the production of reality, news, documentary
and semi-reality science fiction films after this election no matter
which one is sent to Ottawa by the voters of our area?????

Barry Randle lives in Pictou, Nova Scotia, with his wife Camille Davidson, where they have owned and operated the Stone Soup Cafe and Catering for the past eight years. They moved to the East Coast from Powell River B.C. a decade ago with their two children and the family pets, crossing the country by RV and exploring Canada as they went.

The wheels are already turning for this prayer to be answered in many, many, many different ways.......... I need to send you a personal message about one or two of them. In the 1920's Otto Warburg M. D. wrote that cancer cells cannot survive in the presence of oxygen but......... very wealthy people who tend toward the philosophy of Robert Thomas Malthus managed to make sure that nothing significant was done with that information that would benefit the majority of us.

I have an experiment in mind that could be done here in Nova Scotia that I believe could be instrumental in proving that something can be done about cancer......... The following statement was made somewhere between 1924 - 1931:
..."cancer cells are anaerobic (do not breathe oxygen)cannot survive in the presence of high levels of oxygen, as found in an alkaline state." (Dr. Otto Warburg, written in 1924 to 1931)

It takes a special level of stupid.... and / or intellectually dishonest to accomplish NOTHING with that information in eighty eight years!!!!!!

This election is going to be extremely interesting here in Central - Nova, Nova Scotia. Mr. George Canyon is the Conservative Party of Canada candidate!

I am a member of the People's Party of Canada and I am hopeful that some sort of non-aggression pact between the PPC and the CPC might perhaps originate here.

"Can you imagine 169 PPC candidates facing no Conservative Party rival in their riding on October 21?

How about 169 Conservative Party incumbent M. P's and candidates facing no PPC rival in their riding?

This would be win - win - win - win - win for both the PPC and for the CPC and for all Canadians because this would definitely answer the quite real problem of Splitting the Vote."

I have a question in mind that could potentially give both Mr. George Canyon and PPC candidate Mr. Al Muir a possible way to cooperate with each other and arrive at some sort of compromise before election day.

We Canadians attempt to be reasonably good neighbours so after visiting Truro, N. S., and
Moncton, N. B., so many times in my sixty years I find myself asking questions that people in
Ottawa don't seem to be looking at in a very objective manner.

Mr. Mervyn DePendleton came up with a brilliant and practical possible solution to the situation faced in the eastern area of the Bay of Fundy where tides are the most extreme.

LOOKING AT THE THREAT OF RISING OCEAN LEVELS SHOULD QUICKLY DESTROY ANY CREDIBILITY THAT A CARBON TAX HAS IN CANADA because a Carbon Tax in all provinces would do little or nothing to protect the Bay of Fundy from the threat of rising ocean levels. So far... . the amount of H2O ADDED to Antarctica has saved coastal communities.

"According to the new analysis of satellite data, the Antarctic ice sheet showed a net gain of 112 billion tons of ice a year from 1992 to 2001. That net gain slowed to 82 billion tons of ice per year between 2003 and 2008." (NASA Study: Mass Gains of Antarctic Ice Sheet Greater than Losses)

One of the issues facing the Bay of Fundy is if high tides get a lot higher the topsoil would probably liquify and wash into the Bay more rapidly which would impact the fisheries there. A Relief Channel is a logical possible response for Mr. George Canyon and Mr. Al Muir to study and perhaps debate?

"Well from an engineering point of view if it was a sure thing and time would allow the answer is not going to be try to air condition the Antarctic. I would think in terms of cutting a relief channel. That would be between Sackville and Amherst would be to excavate a canal that would only start to receive water when the tide is up approximately the half of normal height and this canal would have to continue sloping down and terminate in the Gulf of St. Lawrence across from PEI.

No doubt such an undertaking would get bad reviews from a lot of environmentalist but it could save some of the low level human habitation on the banks of the Bay of Fundy. When I visited the area I remember on the N.B. side that there was a lot of high ground as you went inland from the shore of the Bay.

Another approach would be to think like the Seaway Project where Cardinal and Morrisburg and lots of farms and places on the Canadian side of the St. Lawrence were moved and the land flooded with the power dam near Cornwall. The idea with Fundy would in the energy extraction view would be to tell all the low land people to hit it, your property is ruined. At the sea entrance somewhere more in the direction toward St. John to create a one way valve type mechanism. Let the tide water come rushing and don't let it leave right away. When the tide forces have receded then release the water through turbines to generate electricity. From half tide to low tide and back to just coming back again all the stored water has to be used. It might also be possible to get some energy out of the water when it is rushing in at high tide.

I'm sure some high math and some good engineers could get the greatest benefit possible from conditions we otherwise cannot control. Also do not give up on the earth getting ever hotter as it may well be cooling for a while before us. All the end of world alarmist like Paul Ehrlich and the peak oil we would be burning camel dung by 1999 alarmist have all failed miserably in their predictions. The big problem with all of them is that they are trying to tell us something about the future. Conservative minded people know the secret, if you want to predict the future get out in front of it and do something to shape the future with your own hands.

One idea that I believe that the vast majority of CPC and PPC candidates might be able to agree on is that
P. M. Justin Trudeau's policies are driving Albertans closer and closer and closer to separation from Canada.

Canadians don’t value our fossil fuel economy, which explains why so many are OK to trash pipelines and see Alberta tank. That 19 per cent figure shrinks to eight per cent for Canadians who consider themselves Liberals, six per cent for NDPers and two per cent for those who vote Green, meaning that politicians of most stripes have no interest in alienating their supporters to help Alberta’s energy economy recover.

Those figures also explain why Alberta’s sense of alienation is on the rise. According to Ipsos, fully 62 per cent believe Alberta “does not get its fair share from Confederation” (up from 45 per cent two decades ago), 46 per cent feel more attached to their province than to their country (up from 39 per cent) and 34 per cent “feel less committed to Canada than I did a few years ago” (up from 22 per cent). The fact that CPC candidate for Central - Nova Mr. George Canyon has lived for so many years in Alberta
gives him a huge incentive to want to discuss and consider any plan to keep Alberta within Canada that
has some hope of working.

Residents of Nova Scotia and New Brunswick may well be in an especially advantageous position to
alter the dialogue on Climate Change in such a way that results in Alberta's oil flowing all across Canada by
pipelines??????/

We may also be in a good position to break Canada's young people out of an almost zombie like addiction to the
idea of a Carbon Tax or Cap and Trade sytem?

I woke up this morning with something like a reality film series in my head........
I believe that this has so much potential that I am going to put the copyright symbol on it.......

I was visualizing two members of a Student Council who I know are good at math.......
They set up a debate for a weekend in one or more of the schools that I've worked in......
and in my visualization of events it was packed...... They even invited the famous young climate activist Ms. Greta Thunberg
as well as all the Central - Nova, M. P. candidates for this election.

But there was a catch...... whoever was in the debate had to be willing to be filmed and
for the footage to be broadcasted live on air.......!

They also had to be willing to allow others to use the footage and comment on it..... for that reason it may be necessary to
use students who have at least two years out of each school to become actors playing the role of the student council members
for each school who ask the challenging questions of the aspiring Members of Parliament?????

The purpose of the film was to be a fundraiser for the 2019 - 2020 student councils for the schools and
one of the long range goals of the school is to set up the local newspapers for the possibility of
what the members of the student councils did with all the money that they raised that HOPEFULLY will be far, far,
far, far, far beyond what they needed to finance all school activities for the school year.

Do you think that they would do like Mr. Maxime Bernier did and donate the proceeds from the
debate to local food banks????

You need to know that PPC candidate Mr. Billy Joyce has already been researching large scale desalination of ocean
water and is making it a part of his campaign, (I assume that he agrees with me that it is one of the most effective ways
to defeat the zombie like addiction to a Carbon Tax)!

NO... the way to protect vulnerable towns, cities and homes from the threat of rising ocean levels is mega-scale desalination of ocean water in Israel, Jordan, California, Australia, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Tunisia, Morocco and in other nations with lots of desert! Every cubic meter of ocean water that is desalinated and put back into the water table of nations with lots of desert is good news for vulnerable communities and Israel has one mega-desalination facility that can produce 627,000 cubic meters of fresh water IN ONE DAY! A similar facility is planned for 2023 that will produce two hundred million cubic meters of desalinated water per year.

Even small to moderate sized desalination facilities used by resorts all along the shoreline of nations with lots of deserts can play a significant role in alleviating the threat but..... A CARBON TAX IS A JOKE THAT WILL NOT PROTECT VULNERABLE towns and cities from rising ocean levels for a century or so. DESALINATION OF OCEAN WATER is the way to go to prevent ocean levels from rising!

George Canyon - Central Nova .. .as you know..... it is very much a part of our Canadian way of thinking to be worried about our neighbours down the road. Our extreme winters are one possible reason for this. I've driven around Nova Scotia a lot in my sixty years, gotten stuck in snow drifts several times....... and I never once had to knock on door number two to be given assistance. The people at the first home that I knocked on always helped out in a very competent manner.

I have a theory on how to invest two trillion USA petrodollars out of the DERIVATIVES market that I believe can begin the process of stabilization of the entire Derivatives market that C.I.A. economist Mr. Jim Rickards feels is vulnerable. I do believe that Mr. Rickards is correct, the market is vulnerable, but there seem to be a number of obvious ways to begin to stabilize it even though I have heard lectures stating that a back door was created to the Federal Reserve which led to there being somewhere around 117 trillion USA petrodollars in that market by the year 2014.

To my thinking the key is in the proposed "Republic of Western Canada."

A proposal for a new nation of course implies the creation of an entirely new national currency unit.

My suggestion is for you Mr. President to perhaps ask your Ambassador to Canada to ask the leader of the Alberta Independence Party Mr. Dave Bjorkman to give me, Dennis Tate, two more years to explain what to do with the other one hundred and fifteen trillion USA petrodollars so that the serious devaluation of the markets spoken of by Mr. Jim Rickards does NOT happen.

I believe that serious discussion of financing two thousand replicas of the massive sea water desalination facility in Israel nicknamed "Sorek" will begin to break millions of people out of the silly obsession with a Carbon Tax that would obviously be a colossal waste of money, talent, time and productive capabilities.

M. P. Bill Casey... President Trump has a 4.3 trillion dollar problem....

Another good investment would be to divert a second trillion into relocation of the two million White South Africans to Canada, Australia, the USA, Israel and to other democracies who are willing to accept them. As the head of a hunter’s organization and a wildlife photographer, Muir has been fascinated by white-taildeer. “I have upwards of 500 volumes on white-tailed deer in my library. I’m interested in everything about them; physiology, biology, habits. I guess I could be considered an expert on white-tailed deer.”

And over the years, he had his own newspaper column, and written dozens of articles about his varied interests.

“People who know me know my political leanings are libertarian,” Muir said. “I had a membership in the Conservative Party, and I voted for Max Bernier in the leadership race. I tried to encourage people to move Max up. I like the PPC’s willingness to allow open votes for members. You need to be able to represent your constituents, and not have to toe the line all the time for the party.”

“I’m the president of the Big Game Society of Nova Scotia,” Muir said. “I try to bridge the gap between hunters and non-hunters, to get each group to show mutual respect, instead of being at each other’s throats.” He’s critical of polarization about other issues, including the PPC’s position on immigration being labeled as racist. “Our party thinks that the right level of integration, for integrating people, finding housing and jobs, is 150,000 a year. The Liberals say the number should be higher, 350,000 a year. Are the Liberals racists because they don’t support 500,000 a year?”

Muir has had direct experience with the inadequacies of the province’s mental health system. “One of my sons is mentally ill, and lives with us. The mental health system is heartbreaking. Just getting a diagnosis can take years. There’s a blurred distinction about the responsibilities of the provincial and federal governments—no wonder the public gets confused. And no way the federal Liberals are going to be critical of the provincial Liberals.”

Muir thinks that the solution to the country’s health care problems is to adopt some kind of mixed private-public blend. “Canadians were one of first to come up with universal health care and we should be proud of that. But we’re not willing to look at what rest of world has done afterwards, to move beyond our first step.We’re the only OECD country, except for the U.S., that doesn’t have a mixed private-public system. And most of these systems now perform better than the Canadian one.”

Health care is one of what Muir calls the “core elements” that government should be involved in. He also sees a role for government in helping people who are struggling with pension issues. “The government can’t be all things to all people, but pensions is one of those core elements that government should do well. People who’ve worked hard their whole lives should be able to live decently in retirement.”

Since 2007 I've been promoting an alternative theory on stabilization of the climate. I take climate change itself very seriously, especially the threat of rising ocean levels but......... I regard a Carbon Tax or Cap and Trade System as a colossal waste of money, time, energy and talent. I believe that only nations with lots of desert are in a position to do what needs to be done to address the threat of rising ocean levels.

If Canadians were aware of how much H2O was being added to the central region of Antarctica they would know that a Carbon Tax is a joke played on an underinformed population.

I believe that I should put the Mervyn DePendleton Relief Channel Proposal in front of all political parties in Central - Nova to see what they think of it?

This is especially relevant to Central - Nova due to the possibility that IF......
some sort of temporary shut down of a certain operation in Central Nova were to occur from June to October.......

This question is logical because the geography of Canada's Bay of Fundy produces the world's highest tides. In my part of Nova Scotia in Guysborough County there is very little funnelling of tidal waters......... so high tide is only about one to one point five meters above low tide.

In the eastern area of the Bay of Fundy high tide levels are up by ten to fifteen meters.

"Well from an engineering point of view if it was a sure thing and time would allow the answer is not going to be try to air condition the Antarctic. I would think in terms of cutting a relief channel. That would be between Sackville and Amherst would be to excavate a canal that would only start to receive water when the tide is up approximately the half of normal height and this canal would have to continue sloping down and terminate in the Gulf of St. Lawrence across from PEI.

No doubt such an undertaking would get bad reviews from a lot of environmentalist but it could save some of the low level human habitation on the banks of the Bay of Fundy. When I visited the area I remember on the N.B. side that there was a lot of high ground as you went inland from the shore of the Bay.

Another approach would be to think like the Seaway Project where Cardinal and Morrisburg and lots of farms and places on the Canadian side of the St. Lawrence were moved and the land flooded with the power dam near Cornwall. The idea with Fundy would in the energy extraction view would be to tell all the low land people to hit it, your property is ruined. At the sea entrance somewhere more in the direction toward St. John to create a one way valve type mechanism. Let the tide water come rushing and don't let it leave right away. When the tide forces have receded then release the water through turbines to generate electricity. From half tide to low tide and back to just coming back again all the stored water has to be used. It might also be possible to get some energy out of the water when it is rushing in at high tide.

I'm sure some high math and some good engineers could get the greatest benefit possible from conditions we otherwise cannot control. Also do not give up on the earth getting ever hotter as it may well be cooling for a while before us. All the end of world alarmist like Paul Ehrlich and the peak oil we would be burning camel dung by 1999 alarmist have all failed miserably in their predictions. The big problem with all of them is that they are trying to tell us something about the future. Conservative minded people know the secret, if you want to predict the future get out in front of it and do something to shape the future with your own hands.

I have kind of a funny story to tell the two of you just in case you manage to
put incumbent M. P. Sean Fraser out of a job?

I spoke about two major concerns of mine to M. P. Sean Fraser at the Sherbrooke
Lions Hall back in the summer of 2016. I asked him if he would be willing to put forward
a private members bill with wording along the line of: "a ban on intra-cardiac potassium
chloride injections on singletons." He did not seem to be at all open to that suggestion.

Then I went rambling on about a topic that I went into in three of my four previous campaigns
that I got into recently as part of a plan to attempt to keep the province of Alberta within
Canada. I was impressed when M. P. Sean Fraser said to me....."you mean Quantitive Easing?"
I was not familiar with that phrase so I repeated it over and over again in my head and sure enough when
I got home and could Google it.... that was indeed exactly what I was talking about. My point is that
I am going to give you a back up plan to hire M. P. Sean Fraser as an actor playing the role of an M. P.
in Canada supposedly in another time line, (I like the idea of an alternative 2012 - 2020)!?

Here is an update on what I would suggest as a potentially effective way to encourage the people of
Alberta to NOT separate from Canada because P. M. Justin Trudeau sure seems to have the Alberta Independence
Movement at an all time high for anger and enthusiasm.

p.s. Here is some more information relevant to this discussion:

Five hundred dollars per Canadian per month, can this work?

I am advocating the usage of the Bank of Canada that is owned by all Canadians to finance giving five hundred dollars per month to all thirty seven million Canadians.

Would the incidence of Canadian women choosing to have an abortion plummet by a huge percentage? Personally I do think so!

It will of course mean much more to poorer Canadians than to millionaires........
but it could be surprising how many stay at home wives with cheap and stingy millionaire husbands who control the purse strings of the home may find this extra five hundred very helpful indeed.

I suspect that well over eighty percent of of Canadians will spend this money reasonably well and:
1. enrol their kids in more after school programs.....
2. begin to purchase a higher percentage of organic produce vs the cheap GMO stuff
3. purchase a newer car, SUV or half ton truck
4. do renovations to their homes
5. hire landscapers to do certain projects on their properties
6. pay down their debt loads, especially the higher interest ones
7. buy a new home rather than renting
8. buy a cottage outside the city so that they can get away for weekends
9. many will choose to move to rural Canada in order to escape relatively hectic city life
10. eat at nice restaurants more often

I suspect that less than ten percent of Canadians will attempt to live off this five hundred dollars / month and simply use it to drink or smoke more.
To whatever degree this happens the worst cases where these Canadians put themselves and others in danger this can be dealt with by issuing food stamps vs a monthly check.

I have listened to an audio video over and over again that explains what President Obama did from 2009 - 2014 and I came up with this idea because it is close to being the OPPOSITE to what President Obama did. He gave billions to the top one percent of the top one percent of the INVESTOR CLASS of Americans........ .and if he was expecting a trickle down effect to create jobs..... that certainly DID NOT happen!

Technically I am also advocating a variation of Quantitative Easing but......
my plan of sending it to ALL CANADIAN CITIZENS vs sending it pretty much all to INVESTORS.... makes my plan uniquely different.

Also..... I do have to admit that if Canada's government decided to do one year at two hundred and fifty per month per citizen or legal resident...... this might be a good way to test my program to see how it works and give companies an opportunities to better plan for the shift in the Canadian economy.

I suspect that this plan will be emulated in the USA shortly after its success in Canada becomes obvious to the majority of us.

I really would not blame Mr. David Menzies if he totally ignores this idea.......
because his using his fame and talents to assist in all this could really get him
