Yeah! He should be in jail! Because he dared, maybe, subject rand Paul's lord and master, Donald Trump, to the law!

And everyone in MAGA knows laws do not apply to Trump and anyone attempting to apply said laws should be in jail!

Because MAGA politicians are fascists. Clearly. That is fascism. There is no legal reason to jail this DA, and certainly none in the extrajudicial manner Rand Paul implies.

    https://thehill.com/homenews/senate/3910156-rand-paul-tweets-ny-da-should-be-put-in-jail/

Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.) on Tuesday suggested that the Manhattan district attorney “should be put in jail” amid anticipation that former President Trump could be hit with an indictment today as prosecutors probe payments made to adult-film star Stormy Daniels during Trump’s 2016 presidential campaign.

“A Trump indictment would be a disgusting abuse of power. The DA should be put in jail,” Paul tweeted.

    The ultimate "pot meets kettle".
I'm starting to wonder if China (or any other foe) has been slowly poisoning our water system or food, slowly deteriorating our critical thinking skills. They don't have to beat us militarily, just dumb us down enough until we just collapse.
Seriously, read what he said and think about it for a minute..................

I don't think that Rand Paul, as a libertarian, has made Donald Trump "his lord and master." Rand Paul is quite brave and independent as he has shown with his repeated encounters with Dr. Fauci.

Putting Bragg in jail is a bit too far, but removing him from office is decidedly warranted. As a George Soros puppet DA, he has refused to prosecute felons who have become repeat offenders. He let one rapist go twice until the guy finally killed a woman. I guess the guy might be a jail now, but since he's a person of color in New York City and State, he might get another free pass to rape and kill again.

This is not racism; it's simply the facts. Bragg has a policy of letting violent offenders go. He is beyond incompetent; he's dangerous.

Given the prosecutorial overreach here, the obvious political prosecution being staged here, did you want a moment to address how you think this behavior by the prosecutor is appropriate? If his actions are in fact criminal, should he not also suffer the force of law and have his own freedoms put in jeopardy and be arrested and put in jail? Do you suppose that he is somehow above the law? If so, why?

The end justifies the means with many from the anti-Trump brigade. Bragg is their hero.

What ends? What has Trump been indicted for having done? What has this prosecutor done that is outside the bounds of ethics or the law?

What overreach? Can it be stated or is scrutiny simply going to illicit a pleasant retreat?

Taking a case that was Federally dismissed years ago and trying to revive it AFTER the statute of limitations IS an overreach. But that's what I come up with when I think for myself.

They did the exact same thing to Harvey Weinstein. There is already precedent.

You can't back up your claim?

You are saying they took a case that was federally dismissed. Is NYC charging him with the same thing that was dismissed?

You'll have to cite the similarities. I have no interest in Harvey Weinstein.

Democrats feel the need to burn. It's their nature. As it burns around them, they "glow" with their indignant righteousness. Yup.

And while they focus their fury here, they actively ignore the misdeeds, criminality, unconstitutionality of their practitioners, because they simply don't care about these things as long as the "win"....
