It isn't funny. It is sophomoric and denigrating to female pilots especially. I am not a PC kind of guy. I am conservative. But that was flat out unprofessional. Are my panties in a twist about it? No. But I find it crass and reflective of a time I thought we had moved beyond.

Maybe because my ex is an airline pilot, and I am aware (in America mind you) of how difficult it is for women to infiltrate the "boys club". A Muslim woman, I cannot imagine, faces an easier challenge, being a combat pilot even in the "progressive" UAE. My ex considered going into the military to get her jet time, because paying for it kept us perpetually poor, and she was told she could not fly combat, and lost interest in the idea. I am rambling.

It isn't funny. Certainly not damned funny. It's childish, and unprofessional.

Actually desperation appears to be trying to make FOX #1 anything. Calling FOX the #1 NEWS source, leaving out NBC, CBS, ABC, PBS, who blow FOX doors off INDIVIDUALLY as well as combined, is like measuring car sales and only counting "American" brands. #1 on cable doesn't mean crap and yes I watch MSNBC. I still turn over to CBS every night at 630PM, as apparently some 21-23 million others, who tune into the 3 majors. Simple averages for the factually challenged. 21,000,000 divided by 3 networks = 7,000,000 each.

What does FOX get, 2-2.2 million? Hell PBS Newshour averages that!

PS Isn't 60 Minutes still one of the TOP programs, news and otherwise, on ANY 'channel'?? Oh horror!
