1) has to be done within the brief daily window when Brandon's meds have him at least moderately coherent 2) ABC has the option to edit the 50%+ of the interview that is incoherent gibberish.
Computer edited Joe can look like he still has a brain.... Hence the hours and hours of post edit....
You know we all heard a similar statement about tape delays in the debate. That turned out to be obviously untrue. Why start that up again?
But it actually IS taped delayed. I looked at ABC's program listings and saw they're only airing this interview for 30 minutes. Now consider this; if there are commercials that means just 20 minutes of interview time. Then take away 1 or 2 minutes for the show's lead in and wrap up at the end. At best, the actual interview will be less than 20 minutes, and 15 minutes is what has been predicted. Steph's questions will take up half of that time and that leads Biden with just 7 or 8 minutes of actually talking. IMO, Biden can only look bad because 8 minutes of looking good isn't going to save him at this point.
Good question: why? You opened the thread. Shouldn't YOU have done the proper research before starting the discussion? Don't bother responding if it's a conspiracy theory. MAGAs used to be good at fabricating conspiracy theories. Now they're losing their "touch"
You claiming it's not true? I heard ZERO about tape delays for the debate. Any evidence to support that?
Are you claiming it's not tape delayed? FYI, we all know why it's tape delayed. But, much like we tried to tell you about Biden and how he would fail the debate... well I'll let you draw your own conclusions.

It is tape delayed - as acknowledged by ABC (unlike the CNN debate) - they are going to show some clips on the 6:30 news Biden says he's 'staying in the race' as he scrambles to save candidacy and braces for ABC interview (msn.com) The interview with ABC’s George Stephanopoulos, being taped after a campaign rally in Madison, Wisconsin,
First I heard of that. I'm sure they do a 5 second delay like most live products. Anyhow, this isn't up for debate. He already did the interview today and it will be shown later today on abc.
that fact that it isn't live means that even if Joe does really well, nobody is going to believe it. They should just do an early interview with him. He seemed fine in the speech he gave earlier. I think he does alright in the daytime.
