Rep. Devin Nunes, R-Calif., says Amazon, Apple and Google's suspension of Parler is 'clearly a violation' of antitrust, civil rights and the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act.

This is truly good news! The anti competitive monopoly collusion of big tech social media against this one company is an outrage. It’s criminal . RICO doesn’t have to be a criminal case, it can be a civil one and lawyers should take this on. If they can prevail it means treble damages paid out to Parler.

Devin Nunes was involved with Rudy Giuliani in the scheme that got the Trump impeached. Nobody takes Nunes seriously anymore, especially after he tried to retaliate against his critics with frivolous law suits that ended up making Nunes looking rather foolish.

 

As a member of Parler myself I know that as of midnight Parler will go dark due to what Amazon did. I know a lot of conservatives have put in sell orders over the weekend for the big tech companies stocks and that futures for Twitter are down over 4% so far. I wasn’t a big fan of them before but I’m going to sell whatever I have of any of them this evening from my Stash and WellsTrade accounts.

Not yet. I’m still riding the Trump wave! I want as high a Dow S&p 500, Russel 2000, and Nasdaq number as possible at the close of business on Jan. 19. Then Biden will own it. After that it will be wait and see. Since I’m over 60 now, I have to be careful what I do risk wise.
