The daft and cowardly inhabitant of the White House let a Chinese spy balloon violate U.S. airspace and then did nothing after a Russian jet downed a U.S. drone in international air space. If the Taiwanese are relying on a daft coward who won't defend the United States to defend Taiwan, they're in BIG trouble.

Secondly, maybe if the daft, cowardly and corrupt inhabitant of the WH wasn't compromised by the Biden Crime Family's influence peddling racket, he would have ordered the Chinese spy balloon shot down over Alaskan waters, instead of making lame excuses for not shooting it down later and letting it violate U.S. air space and gather intel with impunity.

"Munitions" are too varied to make such general statements. Tube artillery shells are relatively simple to manufacture. Small arms ammo is too. Aircraft can take years. So can sophisticated missile systems like Patriot, Javelin and Stinger.
