Muscovy is at war with unarmed drones. I see they've decorated the pilots for the incredibly brave act of accidentally flying into the propeller of that one :D

Why did the drone need to be "closer to Turkey"? Spy on Turkey? Therefore I claim that this is an American media lie!

This does not even make sense.

The issue at hand is Muscovy interfering with a done legally flying in international airspace.

It's legally spying, we're legally shooting down! Everything is legal.

How would you like it if a Russian spy drone was flying 40 miles from Boston? and how long time would it take before he was shot down?

Actually, no, you have no legal basis to shoot down a drone operating in international airspace. 40 miles from Boston is not comparable at all.

Turkey waved the Montreux convention yesterday for US ships due to the drone being downed.

What? I don't take this forum seriously, if that's what you mean. No point when it's full of absurd nonsense of all kinds.

Doesn't matter what information it was collecting. It was operating in international airspace.

No, it's important! And if next time a battleship sails and aims her cannons at Sevastopol, you will also say: "What's the big deal? He's in international waters!"

You know, I suspect that Moscovia won't like it. That it would not like it VERY much. What's next? You want to defend pseudo-democracy in Ukraine with nuclear war?

Ukraine has real democracy. The genuine article.

    Something Muscovy has never had.

There is no democracy in Ukraine. Since 91, something has been constantly banned there, someone is killed, dissidents are imprisoned. The whole appearance of democracy lies in the change of presidents, each of whom is increasingly nationalistic and hostile to Russia. And in government buildings in Kiev, entire floors are occupied by "advisers" from the United States - CIA officers. In Russia, although Putin has usurped the power of freedom by an order of magnitude more. The only sacred cow is the central government and any actions aimed at its overthrow are resolutely suppressed. And the rest is complete freedom: believe in whatever you want, speak whatever language you want, criticize Putin on the Internet. Borders are open, shops are full of goods, the state does not interfere in the personal life of citizens. You have an idea of Russia as North Korea - as if everyone here is intimidated, they are put in jail for any careless word, they have no rights and everyone hates Putin. Everything is absolutely wrong.

Now you're just projecting Muscovy's problems on to Ukraine.
