Your point is technical, which won't have a bearing on the 'aggravated' side of the equation, which is, as previously mentioned, immense.

Come to think of it, Trump has been a bad influence on society and there are those that look up to him or something like that. He was convicted on all 34 counts against him. and all in all. he got what he deserved. That's the bottom line, simple as that.

Maybe, but according to the law, Presidents are immune from prosecutions regarding policy decisions made during their term.

Trump is not a scapegoat. Iran-Contra scandal did have a scapegoat in Oliver North who took the blame while Reagan insisted he knew nothing about the affair. However, Reagan would have been immune anyway, so an impeachment would have been the worst case scenario for him,

I don't consider it "immense" so I guess we'll just have to agree to disagree.

Clinton was far more popular than was Trump. Trump won only on the EC by 80k votes in two swing states.

Clinton won both the pop vote and the EC. So, Clinton had a lot more headroom than Trump did. It wouldn't have taken much to have had the scales tip in favor of Hillary. Her loss was a confluence of several factors, the announcement of her criminal investigation, ion my view, did her more damage than anything.

I don't know about that. Dems have a way of coming to their senses on vote day. We shall see.
No we don't. the best the third party can do is deprive the two major candidates of getting 270, which would throw the vote to the house, which, by virtue of the fact that Repubs have a two state majority in the delegations, Trump will be elected.

If that is your criterion, then be true to your convictions; indict ALL us presidents.

Noam Chomsky, man who is true to his convictions, has done just that. I don't agree with him, but at least his criticism isn't selective.

Absolutely not jail, because he is above the law.

The Antichrist works deceitfully – Daniel 11:23 - “He shall work deceitfully: for he shall come up and shall become strong with a small people” [MAGA and the electoral college]. “Through his cunning He shall cause deceit to prosper under his rule.” Trump’s deceptiveness was so pervasive that his own attorneys would only meet with him in pairs to prevent 2 different versions of the same story.

    Are you blind?

    https://prospect.org/mapping-corruption-interactive

    Not mention:

Trump is an adjudicated sex abuser.

25 women have accused him of sex abuse.

He's bragged about sexually abusing women.

His Trump org 17 convictions, his CFO sent to prison, twice.

He's been adjudicated in massive fraud

He's been convicted of 34 felonies.

His charity shut down for 'illegal activity', he was fined $2,000,000 for embezzlement of charity funds for private use.

He had to settle for $25,000,000 for defrauding thousands out of millions in a fake university scam

8 of his associates were convicted and sent to prison.

    He was impeached twice.

Committed other crimes, specifically obstruction of justice (Vol II MR) not charged for.

Seven attorneys associated with Donald Trump have faced various legal consequences. Three attorneys—Sidney Powell, Jenna Ellis, and Kenneth Chesebro—have pleaded guilty to charges related to efforts to overturn the 2020 election results. John Eastman has been disbarred for his involvement in similar activities, and Rudy Giuliani’s law license has been suspended in both New York and Washington, D.C. Two other attorneys, Jeffrey Clark and another unidentified lawyer, are currently facing disciplinary actions and potential disbarment (Politico) (The Texas Tribune) (UVA Today).

He's got three more indictments on the horizon.

Not to mention having been impeached twice.

Nope. I dislike Trump intensely for most of the reasons you stated. However, for the sake of this great nation, I prefer him over Biden.

Same. Can't stand Trump, but I would definitely prefer Trump over Biden.
But, I prefer a third party candidate. I would take any over Trump or Biden. RFK, Jill Stein... either would be much better than Trump or Biden.

    I have to agree.
If his documents case ever gets to trial and a conviction happens. Then definitely jail time on that one.

    Sure.
As long as he was not a felon you weren't voting for him?

I understand you can't stand Trump. I'm with you there. But how in the hell can you support Biden? Literally any other candidate of either party, as well as third party candidate would be much better than Biden. If the democrats put literally ANYBODY as their candidate rather than Biden, I'd likely vote for them. Even if it was Bernie Sanders. Maybe the ONLY other democrat I would not vote for is Hillary Clinton.

But nope. Democrats insist on the incumbent. This will be probably the first time that being the incumbent is a disadvantage rather than an advantage.

I think most Democrats agree with me. I just don't see what you see in Biden.

It is true he is a menace on society.
And has done many illegal actions over his life that he got away with. Like swindling other's money.

But he can't be sentenced for all those other things at this sentencing.
    This is his 1st conviction?

    Disagree with that.
The judge is not to look at the entire country. This is a crime in a specific state and must abide by those state laws only, when sentencing.

President is voting for a single person.
    The choice at present.
A convicted felon, 2x impeached, incumbent loser.

Or the current sitting president. Who has not been impeached or convicted of anything.

And you won't vote for corrupt dems, but will vote for a felon. Hmmm.
Seems like corruption isn't an issue for your vote.
