I can tell you this, the horror that anti choice people feel at abortions happening "even up to the 9th month" is silly.

The number of abortions performed after the 24th week is miniscule, and I can guarantee that every single one of them is done because of some medical issue. No woman is going to carry a fetus to week 24 and THEN decide that she just doesn't want to have the baby.

 

That is a call that is very tough. Sometimes the brain is dead with no hope of recovery. People have come out of comas after many years.

 

There you go.....it's just for the sake of convenience. Sometimes I fantasize being able to go back in time to the second or third trimester of the life of yours and others like you and see to it you were aborted. Wouldn't that be justice? I think so.

So there is the legal assessment and the medical assessment. It's not a "baby" or a "human being" or a "person" until it is "born alive". So let's stop the false arguments.

 

They are not false arguments. Yours is a "philosophy". There is a professor at Princeton, Darwinist Peter Singer, who takes your premise one step further, He states " the life of a newborn is of less value than the life of a pig, a dog, or a chimpanzee". He believes parents should be allowed to kill/abort their infants up until 28 days after birth. You think your premise is "science based" merely because some say it is. Given your philosophy, there is no end to compromising the sanctity of life. Those that believe in "intelligent design with a purpose"........Godly men and women, have a different idea of life and it's purpose.
