So if Trump gets sentenced to prison in 2029....

Where would he be? What prison? A New York state prison? Would they have an entire wing for him with secret service agents? Would he just be on house arrest with an ankle monitor? They are holding the NYC case sentencing until after 2029 so the scenario is possible.

Also, PLEASE READ. This is just about if it DOES happen. Don't waste space here with posts about how it might get appealed, or how you think it won't happen.

The silly games we play ... Merchan will not sentence Trump, just put it on hold.... which means he is NOT A CONVICTED FELON until sentencing..... the liberals will spew endlessly that he IS a convicted fellow... which he is NOT...

and the pink elephant in the room... Merchan's little game here means Trump can not appeal this case.... Trump can not appeal until after the sentencing is complete..

But there is an end game that might be played.. Florida Representatives Anna Paulina Luna and Cory Mills floated the idea that criminal charges could be brought against Judge Juan Merchan – and his daughter Loren Merchan.

 

I know its horrible deepstate lawfare and all that stuff. But what would his prison situation be like? What do you think it would be like? there is no right or wrong answer, this is all just speculating for the sake of speculating

 

Secret Service would intervene on such a dumb idea if it even got that far.

 

And those that label him as such are lying as I have posted the legal cites to refute them over and over. Until the judge renders final judgement he is NOT convicted.

 

I think Alvin Bragg will be in prison before Trump.
But the way it will go down is: he will be put in general population and be killed and the democrats will declare a new holiday.
