So you thought that sex was binary with a strict division between male and female

Bring out the statistics. If it's true you can back it up with an unbiased source. And honestly I could care less about the rest of the world, especially countries who arrest women for having miscarriages. I'm only worried about here.

That said, all you are putting out here is that if you don't agree with it it must not be reality, which is exactly what happened to Galileo.

We are thinking and reasoning animals who can discover things that were previously thought to be false. Did you realize that we have learned that women likely have far more miscarriages than we thought previously? Because we learned more we were able to see things with how the body worked and realized something previously thought false. Why should sex be any different? Why can't there be other sexes that look like the ones we've been assuming are the only ones, but can't reproduce? Or may be they can and binary reproduction is something new to discover that we previously thought false. So tell me why this cannot be outside of it scaring the living crap out of those who don't want to believe it.

Dude you have now proven that you do not know your mythology or medical facts. The mythological monster was the combination of a lion, a goat and a snake. No human, man or woman involved.

There is nothing medically or mythologically about either type of chimera shape shifting. If you want to claim this then you have better back it up.

    https://www.britannica.com/topic/Chimera-Greek-mythology
No the mythological monster being female does not mean a woman is involved, otherwise, the hydra was a man not just male.

    https://askabiologist.asu.edu/embryo-tales/chimeras-human

There you go. I've got bets that you never bother to read either one of them.

Now you are throwing conflation fallacy and strawman fallacy. Outside of noting that chimeras exist, and then noting that because they come from fraternal twins, which means there is a possibility that a person can have both male and female DNA. Which also means, as was shown with both Keegan and Fairchild, that one set can produce the reproductive organs and the other the head and brain. So what do you think would be the logical result of a chimera born from a male/female fraternal twin pair merge? Furthermore, I asked the question, not made a claim, that could we be missing the existence of who knows how many such people? I brought to light the FACT that we rarely, test multiple locations on a body to see if a person is a chimera, so we could well have many in existence who will never know it because nothing happened like happened with Keegan and Fairchild to warrant such multisite testing. But I did provide the proof above that human chimeras do exist and how they are thought to come about.

Non-sequitur. Did not address what I wrote or wrote about. If you can't actually address the arguments given to you without having to change them up, then you are the problem and it's no longer worth trying to engage with someone who can't address what's been presented.

We can also "imagine" things that are ridiculously wrong. Sometimes so much so that it's called a mental illness.

There are people out there that believe their arms and legs are foreign objects and want to cut them off.

There are people who think they're fat no matter how thin they are.

There are people who constantly want plastic surgery on their bodies.

There are people who believe they're a different species.

When it comes to all the types of body dysphoria, "transgenderism" is the only one where the delusion is reinforced and supported.

The same "health professionals" that are quick to prey on those wanting unneeded plastic surgery are the same people. The gender "reassignment" industry is a 2 billion dollar program projected to see 10% increases year over year until at least 2030.

I'm not discounting there might be a very real issue inside people's heads that make them believe they are a different sex.

I'm suggesting that telling them their delusions are real is a) not done in any other type of dysphoria I am aware of and b) Does not help those with the problem

These are the same people trying to suggest that adolescents, who can't even pick what time they go to bed, can decide to make unalterable changes to their bodies.

"Why can't there be other sexes".

Well, does it occur in any other mammal to include human beings?

Are the "other sexes" genetic abnormalities?

Are these so-called "other sexes" nothing more than an extremely rare combination of both male and female?

Have any human beings ever reproduced by asexual means?

Even in the rest of the animal kingdom you're limited to asexual, male, female, and hermaphroditic (both male and female) sexes.

We understand chromosomes. We know biology. We know what combinations of X/Y and for some animals such as birds, Z/W produces.

How an individual feels in an XX or XY biology either accepts the scientific reality of their sex, or they do not. Not accepting reality is a mental illness/delusion by definition.

The only potential for something not XX or not XY are genetic mutations and errors in our DNA.

Breakdowns and errors in your XX or XY genetic makeup no more make you a "new" sex than breakdowns and errors in your DNA causing dwarfism, or Downs syndrome, or being conjoined means that we've discovered a new species of homo sapien.

Here let me help you out.

    upload_2023-1-7_7-18-19.png

Sex is what we define for reproduction. It's not an identity. It has a purpose. Since you can't show me our species. (humans) naturally reproducing without needing both a sperm and an egg we are binary. Strict division between male and female.

Anything outside of that reality of sex is just made up imaginary bullshit designed to placate your feelings. And I have no interest in redefining language we've used for centuries because you feel the need to feel special.

    https://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/sex

    sex
    1 of 2
    noun
    ˈseks

    1
    a
: either of the two major forms of individuals that occur in many species and that are distinguished respectively as female or male especially on the basis of their reproductive organs and structures
In the past, couples could hold fast to their dreams about their baby's sex until the moment of truth in the delivery room.—Jacquelyn Mitchard
    b
: the sum of the structural, functional, and sometimes behavioral characteristics of organisms that distinguish males and females
Doctors can alter the physical characteristics of sex, but bodily sex does not determine gender.—Dinitia Smith
    c
: the state of being male or female
… Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, which prohibits employment discrimination based on sex.—Tamar Lewin
    d
: males or females considered as a group
He gave the minister a sly look, daring him to disparage the female sex.—Evelyn Anthony

Reproductive. Straping a dildo to your pelvis is not a reproductive organ. Inverting your pecker and creating a non functioning vagina is not a reproductive organ.

    This is what you wrote.

"That's your problem. Most of the rest of us do that. Don't like it, leave."

I addressed it by stating that the majority of the world is not on board with "trans women are women" bullshit. You are not. You are two different things. A "trans woman" is someone who is putting on a performance and a costume to be something they are not. Hence the word "trans". A woman is a human adult female. Only interested in America? Here.

    https://news.gallup.com/poll/350174/mixed-views-among-americans-transgender-issues.aspx

"A majority of Americans (62%) say trans athletes should only be allowed to play on sports teams that correspond with their birth gender, while 34% say they should be able to play on teams that match their gender identity."

"On the other hand, the increasing rate of trans-identification among U.S. youth is challenging norms in ways that many Americans are not ready to question. Americans were split in separate polls taken in 2016 and 2017 on restroom policies for transgender people. With policies for interscholastic sports teams now gaining traction in state legislatures, the public leans against allowing these athletes to join teams of their gender identity. This opposition, juxtaposed against public support for transgender military service, suggests transgender sports participation may be seen as more of an issue of competitive fairness than of civil rights."

So what does that mean? Means the public supports trans rights, the public is even saying "ok fine join the military" Althought I dont think thats a good idea. But when it comes to female spaces...they are not on board with that bullshit. Because twhen the rubber hits the road, the majority of americans still know that regardless of the performance, trans women are not, and never will be...women.

Since that comment was addressing your dislike of people who split up quotes of posts to address them point by point, you are still non-sequitur and strawman.

So in your life, your only purpose to having sex was for procreation.
If so, you are 1 of a kind.

Hyenas live in the wild where natural selection weeds out defective specimens of the species. Humans do not live in the wild and are not subject to it.

I guess your relationship, based on pleasure, won't last, according to you..

On the topic of sex. Since you don't have sex or the sole purpose of procreation

But 99% of the time, sex isn't for procreation.

Nice to recognize those that mix up quotes and posts to make believe they are addressing the actual topic.
Conspiracy theories like to take a real life topic and twist it into something not even recognizable to the actual topic. To serve a specific agenda. Always being to divert the actual topic at hand.

Sad world you must liv in when being used or using someone is a relationship for you,

Well yeah people have sex for all sorts of reasons rarely for procreation. but if it didn't sometimes result in procreation, it wouldn't be pleasurable. why do you think all of these people are here?

If it wasn't pleasurable people wouldn't do it.

Homosexuality may be natures birth control. Who knows.

What I do know is that people who see the purpose of sex as primarily pleasure have the mental faculties of a rabbit.

Some of us can think farther ahead than our next ejaculation.

Relationships aren't based on pleasure. They're based on service, responsibility, dedication, honesty, sacrifice.....

    But you do you.

    Thanks, Mr/mrs Rabbit.

Unless you can prove, the only time you've had sex in your life was to procreate. Never for pleasure.
    You'd be 1 of a kind.

Well Mr Moo Moo, I don't have anything to prove. I stated that the purpose of sex was procreation, which is undeniably why it exists.

It's the entire basis of human biology and reproduction.

It's the entire reason for homo sapiens, and most species on the Earth, to have a male and a female.

Being pleasurable is a byproduct of an activity nobody would engage in if it weren't.

But then, leftists being leftists, the Earth and biology itself revolves around them being "happy".

You'd think they'd be better at it, it being the sole focus of their entire existence.

You can NOT make the claim you only had sex in your life for the sole purpose of procreation.

I never claimed I only had sex in my life for the sole purpose of procreation.

I asked what the purpose of sex was.

You, being a leftist, made the question all about yourself and pleasure.

The only thing that's fake is your lifelong paradigm.

    LOL.
The purpose of sex, ask any 13 yr old, is pleasure. Ask any person. It's pleasure.
Procreation is what many do to have kids. But very few sexual encounters are to try and procreate.

I am here in this thread and forum happy.
You are here, not. Oh well.

I never made it about myself. But, you trying to make sex about 1 thing and 1 thing only, got called out on it, turned to what you usually do and make up fake ad hom claims.
Maybe try and not make it about all the other posters and try to stick to the topic at hand.
Try it some time. You may actually enjoy life.
