No, I don't, actually. Some go to work sick, some don't. It depends on the job, if somebody else can cover for the person, etc...

Where I work, it is easier to take off when sick (no sick pay, but vacation days can be used) since we all have separate specialized jobs that we do, so we can just return back to doing our own work whenever we return back to work. In my personal experience, in my ~8.5 years of employment for my current employer, I have only ever taken off of work one time (for a few days) due to illness. I had some sort of flu and was throwing up and everything. Otherwise, I've never had anything more than a slight head cold during that time. Other people have been sick and would typically take off for a bit before returning, depending on how bad it was, but would at other times go to work anyway if it wasn't that bad.

 

Actually the reported “official” death rate for influenza is an estimate. We now know it is an extreme underestimate.

I saw a piece at ISE Media with Ben Swann, and it pointed out that prices for life insurance have not gone up, suggesting there is no measurable increase that the actuaries could see. The overall death rate has not gone up appreciably.

For example, the Scandinavian countries (Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Iceland) all have extremely low mask compliance and relatively low stringency measures in place, yet they've performed better than basically everyone else in Europe. Meanwhile, countries with extremely high mask compliance and relatively high stringency measures (like Belgium, France, Italy, Spain) have done horribly.

Obese people are more likely to get sick and pass on the infection to others. They are also more likely to require healthcare subsidies from taxpayers.

 

That is the percent that has died which is about 500 thousand / 300 million. But we did a lot of lockdown, social distancing, and masking measures to reduce infections, and hence deaths. The Trump estimated that without any measures 2 million would have died.
