You cannot prove a negative. Logically only a positive can be proven and then, unlike anything in the dossier like the tape, if it actually happened.

 

Actually, if there were a tape the Russians would be fools to release it.
Hypothetically, should it exist, they would not release it as long as T**** keeps doing their bidding and he certainly did during the previous admin, he could not then nor now act more pro Russia. So that is clearly not an argument.
But, and it's a big but, we do not know if such a tape ever existed. It can not be proven either way so it's a moot point. Only the Russians can prove it exists and I don't see them doing that any time soon. Not until T**** dies and probably not even then because others they may be blackmailing might freak out.
