Surely you can do better than that .... perhaps for starters addressing a single point I made

The issue here is not inaccuracy in your commentary so much as failure to comprehend what it means in the larger scheme of things. I myself have clearly stated the benefits and need of CO2 and how it is required. However as with most things too much becomes a detriment and when combined with many other atmospheric changes it poses a great risk. Personally I am more concerned with Methane than CO2.

Plastic bag suffocation does not occur because of CO2 build-up, but lack of oxygen.

The plain fact I was trying to make is that extra CO2 in the biosphere is good for us .... in spades

The rest to the contrary is all just politics as your friendly local green house owner will be happy to confirm

“Elements that are known to be essential for human life are shown in purple; elements that are suggested to be essential are shown in green. Elements not known to be essential are shown in gray.

By definition, an essential element is one that is required for life and whose absence results in
    [human] death.”

    1. I specifically said “or without humans.”

    2. Not known does mean not existing.

    3. In chemistry presence of some elements may start, speed up, slow down or stop a chemical reaction forming new compounds, while the elements are not a part of the reaction or the compounds.

    4. The subject is CO2, not C, not O, not H.

For instance CO is often called a "silent killer".

OSHA limits long-term workplace exposure levels to 50 ppm for CO, while for CO2 it is 5,000 ppm.

Yet 97 % of scientists made CO2, not CO to be a pollutant.

Burning carbonates produces CO2, H2O and O2, all of which are essential for life and none of each is a pollutant.

    My statement stays all correct:

"Burning carbonates and releasing CO2 in atmosphere has been the base process necessary for life with or without humans worrying about cobalt. It is obvious that EPA, NAS, NASA, IPCC and 96.56% of scientists just hate life, because there may not be more hateful and more directed against life idea than [the idea of] condemning such a process.

Burn baby, burn, it has been good and it will be good."

All irrelevant to the point that most elements are not necessary to life.
No. Scientists know CO is a pollutant, and it is not true that 97% consider CO2 a pollutant. The 97% consensus was for a very weak and trivially true statement, not anti-CO2 AGW hysteria.

In my mind CO2 is not a pollutant, but it is a greenhouse gas. In the eyes of the law things could be muddy though. If the Clean Air Act (or any law) uses the term "pollutant" then it's probably better to interpret that as "something to be regulated" instead of taking it literally.

They labeled CO2 a pollutant so they could pass regulations controlling it which is very serious. They instantly gave themselves power over every facet of American business and our personal lives.

Any facet that involves CO2. It's not like they're going to start regulating which soccer league you put your kids in.

that toxic level is over 10,000ppm, levels that have never in the history of the earth been close to that high. In fact if we burn 100% of all known fossil fuels that will only raise our CO2 level up to 650ppm-900ppm..

CO2 is a plant nutrient not a pollutant..

Are you familiar with the math that allows conversion from tons of CO2 to BTUs? It involves some pretty standard concepts such as Fourier Analysis and Laplace Transforms. The math has been checked and rechecked by mathematicians world wide, and the results show that known CO2 emissions are the second largest cause of global heating. The biggest one is water vapor. But the normal water vapor has been greatly enhanced by the CO2 output.

It isn't an either/or situation. It is a cause and effect. The more CO2 emitted, the greater the amount of water vapor. And when those two increase, we get an additional effect from melting permafrost releasing methane. It becomes a snowballing effect.
The normal planetary heating is a delicately balanced system, so a small amount of additional input to the equations causes a magnitude of effects. At the current levels of CO2 release, we will almost certainly create a runaway effect that may permanently stop life as we know it in a couple of hundred years. And THAT is what stopping man made climate change is really all about.

Lead is a pollutant. Today, some bullets are made without lead.

    They can still kill you.

Whether CO2 is or isn't a real "pollutant", it still is the biggest man made factor in the increase in global temperatures over the past 100 years. A rose by any other name scenario. The name game is just a way for those with political views to try to deny the math and science that proves CO2 is the biggest contributor to the current global temperature increases.

Do you have any idea what's happening to the Arctic ice? People living on islands are being forced to move. Storms are more powerful. Deserts are expanding. Floods that had never happened in human history but were predicted have happened.

The billions you mention spent is due to the huge number of scientific studies by a huge number of scientists that vastly outnumber the naysayers you have aligned with.

The irony is that even several of the big oil companies acknowledge that climate change is happening and that they're products are part of the reason why. Just last week it came out that Shell did their own research in the 1980's and concluded that global warming was occurring would continue to occur. Now, I'm not sure I agree with the lawsuits against the oil companies nor do I necessarily think they should be on the hook monetarily, but even they now admit that AGW is not only real, but very likely to be the explanation for the warming we see today.

If you believe in global warming you must stop combusting petroleum products in your vehicle immediately.

That's a pretty big leap. Care to explain the reasoning behind this statement?

Thank you for your definition of the unproven hypothesis of AGW

Wrong but thanks for your leftist spin. The oil companies did a synopsis of what the conclusions of those on the AGW bandwagon were saying. It was a report for internal consumption and the left is trying to make it into something it was not.

What's the leap? One of the biggest contributors to C02 in the atmosphere is private automobiles. Take some responsibility for the problems you claim we have.

"Our personal vehicles are a major cause of global warming. Collectively, cars and trucks account for nearly one-fifth of all US emissions, emitting around 24 pounds of carbon dioxide and other global-warming gases for every gallon of gas. About five pounds comes from the extraction, production, and delivery of the fuel, while the great bulk of heat-trapping emissions—more than 19 pounds per gallon—comes right out of a car’s tailpipe".

Petroleum products + oxygen + compression and spark = hot water vapor + CARBON DIOXIDE coming out the exhaust.

People who believe in global warming must stop combusting petroleum immediately.

Its not so much that its denying the science, its just the doomsday predictions that are being denied. History has shown that the real doomsday mass extinction events have been caused by global cooling not global warming. Ice ages cause devastation. When the CO2 level is 2-3 times as high as it is currently and the planet is a few deg warmer, life on this planet thrives.. This is a historical fact.

Why must people stop immediately though?

And what effect if would it have if people stopped dumping CO2 into the air entirely, but continued releasing other substances? I'm just trying to get you to think about the big picture here.
