This Is The Way: Eleven GOP States Sue BlackRock, State Street & Vanguard For Conspiring To Drive Up Energy Costs -Lawsuit accuses companies of forming a "cartel to rig the coal market, artificially reduce the energy supply, and raise prices." -Major investment firms using 'green energy' policies to illegally constrict energy supply so they could make higher profits "Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton announced Wednesday that ten other Republican-led states are joining a lawsuit he filed against asset management firms Blackrock, State Street and Vanguard over an alleged violation of antitrust law, after the companies’ climate policies resulted in decreased coal production. Paxton wrote on , “Texas will not tolerate the illegal weaponization of the financial industry in service of a destructive, politicized ‘environmental’ agenda. BlackRock, Vanguard, and State Street formed a cartel to rig the coal market, artificially reduce the energy supply, and raise prices. Their conspiracy has harmed American energy production and hurt consumers. This is a stunning violation of State and federal law.” When people ask who the 'they' are in conspiracy theories, Blackrock Vanguard and State Street are often one of most accurate answers to give to such a complicated question. Generally, they are investment firms with financial tendrils in literally everything. Its hard to find a company nowadays that isn't partially owned by investors through one of those three companies. And I'd wager they are all tied together in interlocking corporate directorate (which IS LEGAL btw) sharing boards of directors across multiple, potentially competing businesses who are not technically allowed to (but not meaningfully prevented from) engaging in otherwise illegal cooperative (anti-competitive) cross-business practices. If there is a shadowy, controlling, behind-the-scenes elite running the world, its being done via organizations like Blackrock, Vanguard and State Street. I don't like everything Paxton has done ...but I think he's directly over the target on this one, and Godspeed. ...he should definitely be focusing more on this kinda stuff than trying to toss women who got out-of-state abortions into prison
