Project 2025 is a wish list published by the Heritage foundation. In an interview Trump was asked if he supported Project 2025. His answer was that hadn't heard about it. People need to stop paying attention to what politicians say and worry about what they do.

No, but he will follow the Project’s prime objective of totally politicizing every part of the Federal government.

His pattern of removing competent professionals and installing flunkies, yes men, bag men, and people installed for a particular political agenda was well underway in his first term. He was always trying to make recess appointments and leaving presidentially appointed offices empty and installing “actings”, in those positions.

The most spectacular examples are the way Trump tried to maneuver Jeffrey Clark into the Attorney General’s office in time for Jan 6th, and their attempt to install Devin Nunes’ bag man, Kash Patel in either CIA or Defense.

This is what Trump intends to do.
