I thought it was obvious. You are focusing on only one variable. You have decided it is due to race when it could also be due to socio-economic status.

Poor people are more likely to rape/kill/steal as well. Black people are more likely to be poor. Therefore the variable could be that they are poor rather than that they are black.

"Mainstream" ideas are a miserable, abject failure. From the 60's to the present day, what has "your America" constituted besides war, impoverishment, the false notion of "tolerance" which in reality has only hindered "race relations".

We have that. It is simply based on ideology rather than race or religion.

We have a common language as well. English is the default language in all aspects of our society, and will remain so for the foreseeable future. Virtually all Germans speak English as well as German...does this mean they are not a nation?

 

Blacks in the 1930s were MUCH MORE POOR than they are today. Back then, in the early years of the Great Depression, they didn't have jobs, they didn't have food stamps, they didn't have welfare, didn't have medicaid, they didn't have a thing. They scrounged to survive. Here in Florida, they went around picking oranges, grapefruits, and other fruits growing wild. They fished in lakes, streams, Tampa Bay, and the ocean, They hunted, they played musical instruments on street corners, and did anything they could do to survive. They were 1000 times worse off than these thug punks today. And their crime rate was a small fraction of what it is today.
So much for the poverty theory. AND you have poor people of all races who DON'T resort to crime. If they can get by without it, so can the criminals.

 

Um...you seem to be saying that crime is not based on race after all. You just provided an example of why.

If the common variable was race, they should have been committing just as many crimes as modern blacks, right?

We have a nation of English-speaking, American culture, which is being eroded more and more every day, by those who value diversity. In some places, in the USA, Spanish is more commonly spoken than English. And among large populations of people, American culture is almost non-existent, with immigrants clinging to the culture of their home countries, with no effort or desire to assimilate to being an American. This makes America a fractured nation. Fractured by immigration, and a political climate fostered by immigrant panderers, that allows this erosion of Americanism.

 

The common variable is a COMBINATION of race AND the time frame (21st century). TODAY'S young Blacks have grown up in a highly, unstructured, broken-family sub-culture, fueled by some of the nastiest rap trash ever produced in a recording studio, and a high crime rate is the result. Race is a major part of it but within the time frame we live in today. Nice attempt to excuse Blacks from crime though, and their nutjob sub-culture, but highly impossible when the evidence is so blatantly obvious.

 

When you can even enter a room where I am present, let alone compete with my vast superiority over you (Ex. playing 4 musical instruments all on a professional level), THEN you can talk to me. In the meantime, shoo fly.

Plus, if they have the ability to do arithmetic, build up a client base, and demonstrate organisational skills to be a drug dealer, then they could clearly deploy said skills in a more civilised and less damaging manner and line of work.

Even if it earns them less $$$, it would put them on a better path.
