The last election cycle capped off decades of moving towards what I call the "Zoo Theory" of society. You see a zoo fact is that if you want to stock the Lions cage you have 2 options, either buy one from another zoo that has been adapted to zoo life or go to Africa and capture a wild majestic, roaring, eats when it kills Lion. Of course if your a zoo, you want to have the best spectral for the zoo visitors, you would choose to have the wild Lion as he is the most likely to meet the vision of what people expect. The zoo fact is that when you capture the wild Lion and place him in a zoo, he is not going to eat because the food is not fresh and doesn't contain fresh blood to satisfy his need for the taste of Iron which is found in the fresh blood. The zoo has to "Fake out" the lion using many methods including dragging a fresh kill animal across the cage to allow the Lion to catch it and feed. They eventually through this method combined with starvation, "Break" the lion into eating from the food bin. The bet is that this Lion will conform to the eating regiment and be a "Wild" Lion for a while before becoming that broken animal you see in the second generation animals in the zoo. The sure bet is that the offspring from this Lion will except the food from the zoo keeper without hesitation because the parent animal will teach the offspring to immediately accept this as the norm. The "Wild Lion" has learned there is no fighting the system or you starve, so teaching those offspring is a natural response. The overlay to the U.S. society trends come when you consider the zoo keeper as the Government, the Lions as the minorities of the U.S. and the food bin as the "Give away" programs the Government uses to control the vote from the minority classes. Think of this, African Americans once voted entirely Republican due in no short part because of Abraham Lincoln. They were the most dedicated, hardest working, cohesive group in the U.S. until the Democrats decided to change the voting habit of African Americans by installing the "Zoo Theory". They used incentives like programs to give food stamps to less fortunate people along with other programs giving "Free" stuff. The fact is minorities made up the vast majority of the less fortunate in the U.S. and the Dems knew it. Once they broke them of trying to hunt down and eat the BEST food they could have, they had caged them into depending on the Government for existence and just like the lion, had ensured future generations would follow the party supplying the food bin. Now, we see the mindless voting for Government over free enterprise because being out in the wild and running down food on your own is incredibly scarey to the Lions who have spent their life in captivity. Now, the Republicans caused their own dimise by not recognizing this "Zoo Theory" in society. You see, the Lions perception of Mit Romney was that of a Gorilla. The Lions know Gorilla swing in trees and eat fruits and berries that are easily accessable and know nothing of having to "Hunt down" dinner daily. So, when the Gorilla said to the Lions follow me and I will lead you out of the zoo (Government control through give away programs), the Lions did not understand the message and were scared. You see, the Lions while very proud and strong animals, had been broken down to live in the zoo's influence and had no way to understand the Gorilla. The Dems had a Lion telling the Lions in the cage, "You don't want to follow the Gorilla, what does he know about having to work for food!". The Dems Lion spoke the language of the Lions, looked like the Lions and most importantly was perceived as preserving the food source they knew about. So, when the Lion said " You don't want any part of hunting, believe me, you want to stay right were you are at and let the zoo keeper take care of you." the Lions listened. Unfortunately that Lion was being fed the "Good stuff" by the zoo too keep the other lions in check. The moral is that sometimes what is best for us is not always the easy way and until the Lions realize they are being used as a "Show" for the rest of the world who asks themselves, "Why are these Lions not getting the food is better when you run it down not being fed by the zoo keeper (Government)?", the caged Lions will always vote for the Lion to stay in control, not a Gorilla. If the Republicans want to get through to the Lions in the cage, they will have to get their own Lion to bring their message to the cage.

It's shocking... This era has seen 100 Watergates but the US public is so desensitized to the crimes of its leading officials, and the US Media is so sensationalized and a mouthpiece of the American government... The news reporters are such talking heads of script writers, and the investigative journalists are not at all free thinkers, that if WATERGATE in its exact form occurred again today, I doubt it would incur as much public outcry, simply because the US people wouldn't hear much of it.

The only legitimate news has come from leakers and look how the US Governmnt has dealt with them!

The "Zoo Theory" does appear to be a very apt analogy.

Hmmm that's a very complex yet extremely simple way of viewing and comparison... Definitely interesting and informative.
