It is not true they claimed non-citizenship when "The people in Virginia self identified as non-citizens when they registered to vote!!!" They were selected through Department of Motor Vehicles form... please do your homework before posting.

I understand, that is just 1 person out of thousands that were impacted.
Again, if you really want to understand the issues, a quick internet search can answer your questions.

    You understand why, don't you?

    My point?
That there is voter fraud. Most on R side of the voters.

    OK.
I addressed your post. You have a problem with that for some reason.

So you don't really understand why it's an issue. Or don't want to understand.

You think what you like, doesn't make you right.
What you're saying is that illegal persons DELIBERATELY said they were citizens and registered to vote even knowing if they DO vote it's against the law and they will likely go to prison, fined and lose the chance to ever become a citizen.

It is just a matter of design. We have no voter fraud in our state. There is no mail in voting except for those who use an absentee ballot requested by the voter. Absentee ballots must reach the election personnel prior to election day. When a voter comes to the polling place they show their ID so that they can be matched to the registration list and checked off. Then they get a paper ballot that they complete by putting an x in the box next to the candidate they wish to choose. After completion the voter runs the ballot through a reader that digitizes the results and then leaves the paper ballot in a box next to the scanner. The digitized ballots are tabulated and the results provided to the public within a few hours. If there is a need for an audit, the paper ballots are available. There hasn't been a need to audit during the 35 years I have lived here. Cheating simply doesn't happen. Election security is simple. The state nearly needs to want it and put in an appropriate design for the system.

Yes and these "new and improved" designs are opening us up to more and more not just voter fraud but huge problems getting the ballots from the voter to the tabulating machine with the USPS losing them, delaying them and dropboxes being set on fire and just simply people screwing them up.

When my state votes come Tuesday it will be at a polling place with a ballot handed to you which you will place through the tabulation machine when done. And we will have our results before the end of the day. And I do not expect any challenges as we will not be changing rules in the middle of the voting nor have to go looking for ballots that are supposed to be there but missing.

But even with all that, how many fraudulent votes does it take to change the outcome of an election..............could be a single solitary one. The entire it must be widespread leftist mantra is a total canard.

I also want to announce two major law enforcement actions at the Justice Department is taking that are separate from the important work of this task force, but are part of our broader effort to protect our elections from unlawful interference of any kind.

"Yes it does" is hardly proof. Just because it's in the filing doesn't mean it's relevant.

Military personnel overwhelmingly vote for Trump.

The Pentagon Fails to Send Absentee Ballots to Active Military Service Members

Republican lawmakers demand answers from the Pentagon after military service members complained that they have not received enough absentee ballots to vote before Election Day.

GOP Reps. Brian Mast (R-FL), Bill Huizenga (R-MI), and Mike Waltz (R-FL) sent a letter to Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin citing their “grave concern over deficiencies in the Defense Department’s protocols” for the U.S. military because they said the absentee ballot stockpile has been “depleted and had not been replenished.”

“Our nation’s brave men and women in uniform brought to our attention that there has been inadequate education at the administrative level on how to register to vote, request an absentee ballot, and fill in a federal write-in absentee ballot if their state-issued ballot does not arrive in time," the letter reads. “Other service members also stated that when a request for a federal write-in absentee ballot was made, they were told the base’s stockpile of such ballots was depleted and had not been replenished."

The lawmakers also wrote that the Pentagon offered “inadequate education” on how service members can vote while deployed.

The Republicans demanded that the Pentagon take extraordinary measures to ensure that the nation’s "elite warriors" have an opportunity to cast their vote in the upcoming election. However, with only three days until Election Day, lawmakers fear the government has not yet taken action.

Mast called it unacceptable that the Biden-Harris Administration took no further steps to consider the country’s service members, and instead, it was an afterthought.

“Joe Biden and Kamala Harris have mobilized federal manpower, resources, and tax dollars to block state-level election integrity measures, including in Georgia and Virginia, through lawsuits and smears,” Mast said in a press release. “They claim to care about democracy and the right to vote, yet they’ve failed to plan accordingly to facilitate the right to vote for every single one of our nation’s brave men and women in uniform. Our nation’s elite warriors deserve to have every opportunity to vote for the next commander-in-chief, especially since that person will be making life-and-death decisions for our troops.”

The incident comes after President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris have refused to acknowledge that U.S. military members are serving overseas in combat. During a debate, Harris claimed that no active service members were on the battlefield.

    Voters who cheat get caught.

    ...xxx

Officials in Itasca County, about 200 miles north of Minneapolis, said Monday that the improper vote was caught because the state provides a monthly list of people who’ve died to election officials, who then flag those names in the state’s voter registration database. The woman returned ballots for herself and her mother in early October, and the county auditor’s office,

    ...

The woman told a sheriff’s lieutenant in an interview that she filled out her mother’s ballot after her mother’s death, according to a probable cause statement filed with the district court. The statement said the woman was an “ardent” Trump supporter who had wanted to vote for him before she died.
