I do not understand a few things here. The International Boxing Association governs sanctioned amateur boxing matches. They deemed Khelif to be the male that he is and would not allow him to box against females. The IOC then goes on to allow the guy to box against females and the above is what happened.

Why aren't women's groups rallying around the danger of letting males fight females? Why are they silent?

 

This shouldn't be a hill for social justice warriors to die on. This is something that can result in serious injury to women. It's quite absurd. Khelif's feelings are not more important than her opponent's physical safety. Boxing has created divisions for the safety of the competitors for valid reasons. Ignoring safety concerns because fringe extremists want to virtue signal their political ideology is stupid.

What does DEI have to do with this case? Khelif was born female. There are women that are born with higher than normal levels of testosterone, which gives them more masculine features. Brittany Griner for one. There have been several African athletes that have been banned due to this condition. The bigger question is, is it fair to punish them because of the way they are born?

 

Everything I've read explains that Khelif was born female and has never identified as male or trans. Same goes for Lin.

 

Griner impregnated his wife and they just had a kid. The reason Russia put Griner in a male prison is because he's got a dick. They don't play the trans game in Russia.

 

Women were allowed to have their own competitions because it was deemed unfair for them to have to compete against men. That should include people with abnormal medical conditions which give them masculine advantages. The bigger question is, why should women have to compete against these people?

 

The really big question is: why should women be allowed in combat sport?

It's funny that previously the claim was that men have penises and women have vaginas and was the only test to determine which changing room they should use. But suddenly that classification has been thrown away because the female looks more like a male even though she has a vagina (of sorts)

This Algerian boxer had a poor record, 9 wins and 5 defeats so her masculinity is not much help.. So perhaps that Italian boxer was just a really poor boxer. That punch was not hard
