So? There's no obstruction unless there's a formal inquiry, that requires a house vote on the inquiry. We all know what they're afraid of.

What part of "executive privilege is perfectly legal and legitimate" don't you understand?

You no like it, boohoo, go to court or vote for impeachment. The dems are terrified of both choices though, knowing full well that they have no leg to stand on.

Trump needs to start every phone call, meeting or oval office business with this statement.........."I Donald J. Trump here by declare the following (phone call, meeting or oval office business ) as protected by executive privilege". Each and every time.

They have no authority to issue real subpoenas without an "official" inquiry. They become requests as no one can be charged with obstruction if they don't comply. It's just another Russia collusion, Kavanagh dog and pony show. The Democrats are rapidly approaching their "Jump the Shark" moment.

There is no "official" impeachment inquiry so Congress would have no authority to withhold Pompeo's pay. More smoke and mirrors.

Which has nothing to do with subpoenas.

    Then the subpoena is unenforceable.

Good Luck. That is the reason they don't want to put the inquiry to a vote. Their subpoenas are requests not any enforceable order.

It's a law signed by YOUR Furher.... you don't think it should be applied swiftly and without mercy?

What sort of RWer are you??

Let's see what Pompeo's response is... He's the one guy who might escape this regime with some political future ahead of him, if he plays it straight....

Because you say so Peabody? Sorry, but I don't regard you as being authoritative on the matter. If I was handed a Subpoena from a Committee of Congress, I'd be responsive, not obstructive. If they believe I know something which might assist an inquiry of Congress, why would I put my neck in a noose for anyone else?

Gawd, I do hope no-one who has received a Subpoena takes your advice Peabody.
