Well, I try to not make comments about any wives of politicians unless it is directly related, but I wanted to comment on your comment.
I do feel a little sorry for her, but it's not like she didn't know what she was signing up for. He was a notorious cheater before her, and no one will convince me she married him because "she was in love". She loved the money and the fame, until it wasn't fun anymore. I'll bet she never wanted Trump to run for president, too much attention and scrutiny. I thought Trump was a fool for running in 2016. Aside from his ego, it did not enhance his life at all, and I do not believe he ran and held the presidency for the good of the country. He did give his fans something to brag about, but when looking back at the accomplishments of a four year term, particularly when offset by the downfalls, it wasn't really a great four years for the country. He did not inherit a bad economy and turn it good. He inherited a good, steady growing economy and tried foolishly to stimulate it when it was not a good idea to stimulate it. There isn't really much about those four years that he innovated improved that any Republican wouldn't have done. But he did do a lot more damage than most would have. Overall, his presidency was a step or two backwards.
Melania was just along for the ride, a ride I think she regretted getting on. She probably is a nice person, by accounts who would know better than I, but she would have to be a fool for not seeing how this ride would go.
