Lol. You still don't get it! Testing of what? Are you angry at the Obama government for not testing the drug on the Coronavirus?

Obama? Obama didn’t have to deal with this. He had the Ebola outbreak that lasted three years, but not this.

read the article I posted from CNN, it’s about the current virus.

You seem to be all over the place

Stop spreading the BS. We are not even prepared to do testing on a massive scale. California has a whopping 600 test kits. That's why testing is rationed. If the guy who contracted it without known risk factors had been tested earlier, we may have been easier able to contain that particular chain of transmissions. He wasn't tested because there are not enough test kits for everyone, so people who weren't in China, or don't know anyone from China are not tested. How many are there already who have Covid19, but were denied testing?.

We are doing human testing right now.

stop the fear mongering. We are the most prepared country in the world to deal with this

You still don't get it! That drug that they are testing is not a vaccine. It is the same drug that was used to treat Ebola 6 years ago.. So when are you going to congratulate Obama's government for creating this drug like you have been congratulating Trump? Or is this drug suddenly not so brilliant? You clearly don't know the difference between a vaccine and an antiviral drug.

This discussion is hopeless. You can't argue with people who don't know what they don't know.

Conroling climate is not the issue.

We CAN affect Earth's average temperature.

The fact that human production of CO2 is not large compared to the total composition of our atmosphere does NOT mean we can't affect the balance that exists.

Greenhouse gasses form a layer that allos a certain amount of solar radiation to arrive and a certain amont of heat to escape to the deadly cold of space.

We don't have to overwhelm anything. All we have to do to affect Earth's temperature balance is to slightly change the amount of radiation arriving or the amount of heat leaving.

Today, scientists say humans are emitting about 26 gigatons of CO2 per year. And, it appears that is enough to slightly change the balance - which means we will continue to warm.

Oh, and that will cause changes in climate, as that's how we experience a change in the average temperature of Earth.

The affect us approximately 1.2 parts per ten thousand. Warming is immensely better than cooling and ice ages have begun with CO2 levels nearly four times the current level. You'd get about the same impact from painting all the asphalt roofs in America white and moving half the temp recording stations away from air ports.

Are you suggesting that scientists aren't aware of what is changing and by how much?

How did YOU find out that our your 1.2 parts per ten thousand number?

And, are you aware that we're measuring Earth's temperature by satellite as well as by ground - and that satellite data matches ground data?

Once again, we don't have to make huge changes in our atmosphere in order to make a difference. When solar radiation can reach the ground and heat radiaton is slowed from leaving Earth, Earth warms - with science telling us by how much.

The question isn't whether warmer is better than colder. What we face is warmer. And, the ramification of warmer are known - higher seas affecting coastlines (where disproportionate numbers live), agricultural change (leading to regions less able to feed themselves), etc.

This is what Trump's chief of staff said about the press coverage of covid-19. “The reason you’re seeing so much attention to it today is that they think this is going to be the thing that brings down the president. That’s what this is all about it.” Mulvaney said about the covid-19 adding, “The flu kills people. This is not Ebola. It’s not SARS. It’s not MERS. It’s not a death sentence. It’s not the same as the Ebola crisis.”

The medical experts are telling us that we don’t know what the eventual spread will be or how deadly it might turn out to be. Researchers are still studying the new strain of the coronavirus, trying to come up with a vaccine and figuring out exactly how it’s spreading. Just this week, we saw in California the first case of coronavirus infecting a patient without us knowing how it was transmitted.

This is what Trump's son said about covid-19. "We've seen this play out for four years. Anything that they can use to try to hurt Trump, they will. Anything he does in a positive sense, like you heard from the reporter that was just suspended from ABC, they will not give him credit for. The playbook is old at this point.
But for them to try to take a pandemic and seemingly hope that it comes here, and kills millions of people so that they could end Donald Trump's streak of winning, is a new level of sickness. You know, I don't know if this is coronavirus or Trump derangement syndrome, but these people are infected badly
    ."

Speaking of a "new level of sickness."

Typical of you that in your anger you have set it up to condemn Trump for any position he takes. If he urges the Nation not to panic....he is wrong. If he stops flights, quarantines people.....he is wrong. If he delegates to others.....he is wrong. TDS has you going completely nuts.

The increase was from 280 parts per million to 400 parts per million. For an increase of 120 parts per million this is mathematically the same as 1.2 parts per 10,000.

Note the impacts you mention are grossly overstated. We lose more land to beach erosion than warming every year and have for century. Of course, they match the satellites were recalibrated back in the nineties. Couldn't have the satellites showing some of our ground data points were inaccurate now could we?

If one of the methods was inaccurate, recalibration would not cause them to show equivalent temperatures over time - they would drift apart. So, I don't even have to look up whether your scenario happeed.

There are world maps showing rate of sea rise as measured. Suggesting it is similar to beach erosion is clearly wrong. Beach erosion happens whether or not there is sea rise. It's more that sea rise exacerbates erosion as one of its effects.

That would be the point we always have had beach erosion and it eats away far more coast than rising sea levels which are currently infinitesimal.

CDC is now acknowledging that their and the governments early response to the coronavirus has been completely mishandled and totally inadequate.

They have presented a science centered point of view on important policy issues from their first formation onward.

Their history is impressive - you've got NOTHING on them.

    "Donald J. Trump @realDonaldTrump

President Obama has a personal responsibility to visit & embrace all people in the US who contract Ebola!"

Trump is lucky he doesn't have a Trump criticizing him daily like he did the past President

does Trump think he himself should visit & embrace all people in the US who contract Corona?

There were 2 or 3 Ebola victims.
