    Yes. None of those are fraud. Influence? Yes. Election fraud? No. I spelled this out waaaaaay back when this news was first breaking: the election is still legitimate even if there was influence. Hmmm, why is this a difficult concept?

    Ruby Freeman and daughter have a defamation lawsuit against gatewaypundit.
    OANN settled with them last year.
    Their suit against Giuliani is ongoing with Giuliani getting slapped by the judge every which way as he thought he could outsmart prosecutors and judge.

    Most of the claims appear to be based on a report by The Gateway Pundit, a news site rated by media vetting service NewsGuard as "unreliable because it severely violates basic journalistic standards." NewsGuard's 2023 report found that Gateway Pundit repeatedly publish false content, did not gather and present information responsibly, and did not regularly correct or clarify errors.

    What he's "got" is a big fat nothing.

    It's the same thing he presented to sixty courts while trying to overturn the election.
    It's the same thing he's got when asked for ANY evidence that there was significant fraud in the 2020 election.
    It's the same thing he's got when asked for his plan to replace the Affordable Care Act
    It's the same thing he's got when he said he was going to release his tax returns.

    It's just bewildering listening to these MAGA cult followers lapping up every word Trump says, believing every promise he makes when he has a very clear history of NEVER coming through.
