Also, its worth noting that Trump said 'take the guns first, due process second' only in relation to a mass-shooter with an actual record of mental illness and, iirc, violent behavior, not in relation to the public at large. Which certainly raises concerns over his naivete about how 'red flag laws' could (will) be used, but not a great brush to paint his gun policy in general with.

He was mad because he lost to turd and much of that had to do with the Chinese Origin Virus and Big Tech suppressing newsworthy reports that may well have doomed Biden's election. I'm so glad I live in a state with "Constitutional Carry" where we can carry open or concealed without registartion, permits, waiting periods or any of that blue state falderall. And we are now a "sanctuary state" for the 2d Amendment so we can ignore federal firearms regulations like blue state "immigration sanctuaries" can ignore federal immigration laws. Its easier for us to defend a Constitutional right though, than to ignore federal law like blue states do.

this thread is about the silly claim that Trump was more dangerous to second amendment rights than a President Hilary clinton would have been or Joe Biden. Anyone who claims Hilary would not have used an executive order against Bump stocks etc is really clueless about her past. And she would have appointed Merrick Garland and others like him to the supreme court.
