Elect a Drama Queen and you get Drama.

Frankly, I’m looking forward to a few years of Sleepy Joe and some calm from the White House.

Trump said it was so bad, that he declared himself a wartime President, against a horrible invisible enemy

"The Trump Administration’s Deregulation of Nursing Homes Leaves Seniors and Disabled at Higher Risk for COVID-19"

    https://www.americanprogress.org/is...leaves-seniors-disabled-higher-risk-covid-19/

"Why are nursing homes being hit so hard by the outbreak? One reason is that they are a target of the Trump administration’s aggressive deregulation agenda."

"In response, the nursing home lobby again advocated for less oversight, and in July 2019, the Trump administration proposed new rules relaxing the requirements tied to infection control. It suggested that consultants could be used, instead of requiring infection specialists to be employed at the site, at minimum, on a part-time basis. This meant that there was no longer a requirement for a full-time, hands-on expert in infection contamination on-site."

the reality is, Nursing Homes should have separated infected people, they failed to do this, hospitals could not give up a bed for everyone that showed no symptoms and tested positive, not enough beds

I have no doubt that's true (sadly) but we certainly don't want Trump to become one of them.

Best advise ever! By now everybody, including Trump, should know that the only way this virus might ever go away if is to avoid unnecessary human contact!!!

I don't care how badly you miss outside. It will still be there in the future. You DON'T want to end up in hospital with a respiratory infection that will wreck your longs and might leave you recovering forever. If you don't die first.

If you can; stay at home.

Unfortunately, human stupidity rules supreme and Trump is the supreme leader of everything dumb.
No doubt he'll call on people to be reckless again. To wander out and pretend everything is ok.

    Oh wait... he already did!

    Ignore. Ignore. Ignore.

    Stay IN!

Yes, not cowering in fear about a virus like the flu is a pretty radical act in these United States today.

Americans today are expected to cower in fear over such a virus. So much for the home of the brave.

Trump's tweet has shown that Orwell was right--speaking the truth in a time of universal deception is for sure a radical act.

My bet is that many millions have already had it and survived. The true number of those infected during the last 10 months cannot be known accurately. It will not be known because the media harps on case rate with a test that is notoriously unreliable.

They don't want to admit that half the country or more has already had it and survived. Some degree of herd immunity is here.

Cause we should always trust Random Internet Guy over and above the scientists and doctors in this country. It's the only logical thing to do.

    So, don't vote for Cuomo.

How about Trump? He screwed up testing, contact tracing, wearing a mask, securing enough PPE, travel bans (let Europe infect New York), shutdowns by pressuring states to open too soon, messing with the CDC, and now he's destroying confidence in SARS-CoV-2 vaccines.

    Red Herring Alert!

He should get testing and contact tracing straightened out, stop interfering with the CDC, encourage wearing masks and respirators, stop pressuring states to scrap mitigation efforts, increase production and distribution of respirators, and stop undermining confidence in the vaccination approval process.
    Oh, please--the White House has a mini-ICU.

Stop pressuring states = exposing their mandates are unConstitutional per their own state Supreme Courts?

Not enough dead people for ya in Texas and Florida?

    Canada (37.8m people) ... 9,054 COVID-19 dead
    Texas (29m people) ... 16,519 COVID-19 dead
    Florida (21.5m people) ... 14,711 COVID-19 dead

Why can't we do as well as Canada?

    Non sequitur.

He could push for mitigation efforts like they have in British Columbia (5m people, 242 COVID-19 dead) where there never has been a lockdown.
