President Donald Trump was clearly annoyed by Dr. Anthony Fauci‘s comments on CNN today regarding the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, retweeting a former congressional candidate’s post that criticized Fauci and used the hashtag “#FireFauci.”

This comes on the heels of a tweet attacking Chris Wallace, of Foxnews. This is happening literally while people are dying of Covid. If Trump has issues with Fauci, it needs to be resolved internally. And Tweets about how bad FoxNews has become? Is that really the priority? You can't pull this sort of **** during a national crisis.

Has the Republican party just accepted the inevitable political destruction that's awaiting it? Is that the reason they tolerate this from their party leader right now?

Fauci is part of the deep state. Just look up pictures of him with Obama and the Clintons.

I was thinking. When the public has endured its fill of pain and suffering they will as a body walk out of their homes and mingle. They will spread the virus with the intent of negating the need for social distancing and ending political misfeasance.

They'll end it with a handshake with their neighbors, coworkers and strangers. I wonder if they will call it the Fauci Shake.

The man's become an idiot. Savior of the earth he thinks he is.

You mean Trump should tolerate Fauci acting like he works for the DNC? Yessssssss . . . Obama was just fine with his critical information people acting like they worked for the GOP . . . oh wait, no, he was not tolerant of that at all. Go figure.

Is he specifically looking for more ways to tank himself? There's a lot to be said for intuition, but maybe, at least during a global pandemic, at least try thinking for a bit before impulsively spouting nonsense you are going to pretend you didn't mean later anyway?

He's served under more than one administration. He's gotten along with more than one administration. This used to be normal . . . back before the days of blind worship of Trump being a litmus test.

We just see the corrupt 'ALLERGY doctor'(not a Pathogen expert, a allergy doctor) as way over his head as well as his sidekick Birx. Then there's the vaccine connection. When this is all over, I want a review by the DOJ. Where'd the money go? What communications were had? What. I agree with Pelosi, let's play it out.

What the hell are you talking about? How is his expertise as a medical professional (widely backed by epidemiologists) less qualified than Trump's feeeeeelz?

What the hell do you mean by "vaccine connection?" if you want another waste of tax dollars over a fake Trump-inspired witch hunt, fine. Another great opportunity to prove facts matter more than blind Trump worship.

I am sure it's a presidential dilemma. The American people have more faith in Fauci than Trump.

Fauci is far more trusted by Americans than Trump - with the exception of the crackpots of course.

Fauci telling the truth will have Cry Baby Don throwing his tantrumps, but Fauci's focus is the health of the nation, not Trump.

Loyalty to Trump should be the first criterion for employment as a civil servant. Even scientists working in Washington should be registered Republicans.

Those who criticize or contradict Trump should be fired immediately.

State employees must not be allowed to say what they thinks freely because it would seriously hurt Trump's reelection chances.

Fauci is the typical magic act D.C. produces. The High budget bureaucratic flourish cannot hide the vapid theater of a Patent Medicine scam.

"A cure for everything that ails ya'," Fauci calls. "Drink the elixir of life I've got here, kick back and worry not. All your problems will pass and you'll awake stronger with a vitality only the young enjoy. Yep, a salve for the worlds problems."

Eh, I ain't buyin' any more. It sounded plausible with the first bottle but upon consumption none of the promises, predictions or cures came to be. A huckster that sells pandemic models that don't work, then magically changes the tonic and sells the crap again. The masses drink it up, 2 trillion a flask.

Give Fauci a top hat and that's all the costume needed, he's got the shtick.

Fauci's Medicine Dog and Pony Show. Where's the pony Fauci? What it doesn't work in real life either?

Fauci, director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases and the top doctor on the administration’s Coronavirus Task Force, won the approval of 78 percent of Americans while just 7 percent disapproved

Fauci has been dealing with epidemics & pandemics for twice as long as you have been alive. Your sneering dismissal of him is an utter disgrace. America is fortunate to have such a man at a time like this, but because he is more interested in stopping the pandemic than fawning over the Dear Leader people whose only understanding of this issue is Something They Read on The Internet attack him. What a sad reflection on America.

We're not Soviet Russia or Red China(yet). We don't have some "guru' in an institution who has probably treated ZERO patients, tell the rest of us what to do without backlash. It's our greatest strength as a country, he has to continually prove self-worth or the government will find a replacement.
