Trump seeks a 'miracle' as virus fears mount

    President Donald Trump is hoping for a "miracle" that will make the coronavirus disappear but tanking stock markets and signs the disease is stalking America are delivering their verdict on his scattershot management of the crisis.

    A historic Wall Street sell off, the first case on US soil that could not be traced to travel to countries battling the virus, and news of drug shortages outpaced White House efforts to show everything was under control.
    "It's going to disappear. One day it's like a miracle, it will disappear," Trump said

    So? Now Trump's "Response" is hoping for a "miracle"?

    Trump apparently has no clue how to proceed, and every remotely competent person (who could deal with this Virus from a public health standpoint) has been removed from the Administration.

    One would think that the Elected President would have more competency than "let's hope for a miracle."

    Shoudn't the USA be expecting better?

    Thoughts?

    Apparently our political Left forgot how Barack Obama dealt with the Ebola outbreak by REFUSING to even curtail flights from the ravaged nation and then actually allowing known to be infected people into the nation and all while Obama's CDC repeatedly dropped the ball in regards to how hospitals treated infected people. It's dejavu . . . all over again!

    It just seemed strange for the political Left to criticize Trump for having responded almost exactly the same way in which Barack responded except of course Trump is NOT demanding that people from infected nations be allowed entry into the United States just to be Politically Correct.

    An unknown virus breaking out during an election year and all your sources point to the president you hate? What a coincidence!

    It stands more to reason that democrats are working with China to steal the 2020 election.

    This wasn't like Obama could have done to prevent Ebola from entering the United States from a seldom traveled to little nation as huge numbers of people fly back and forth from China. By the time anyone knew about the Coronavirus it was already here. At that point all you can do is initiate time tested responses . . . which have been done. So this is just the political Left trying to take political advantage of an unavoidable tragedy and deliberately cause panic inside the United States. As . . . per . . . usual.

    Oh no, it makes more reason to think that Trump is actively working with the Chinese after he and his friends sold all their stock holdings and then shorted the market so that he could make even more money.

    This virus came out of horrible conditions that Socialist China created....and the front runner of your party's nom for President is a socialist.

    The coronavirus came about in 2019 and what were the dems doing at that time? They were consumed in trying to impeach Trump. Since Pelosi and Schumer weren't involved in the impeachment then what were they doing to stem the virus during that time? What measures did they propose, what bills did they pass on for Trump to sign?

    When Trump acts without getting the approval of democrats the left whines.
    When Trump doesn't act the way democrats want him to the left whines.

    Suddenly the left wants Trump to act like the dictator they claim he is. Wow.

    Remember, these are the exact same people who said Trump needs their permission to attack terrorists, so what did they do to help Trump attack the virus? Trump tried to ban people the infected areas and the left screamed. And that leads me to this question: Should we let into this country people from foreign countries who could possibly cause us harm?
