This is not a court of law. We are not getting ready to put someone in jail for life. We are not getting ready to invade a country based on their carelessness. The standard is most certainly NOT beyond any reasonable doubt before it can be discussed in the public sphere.

When you see a husband on TV whom has beat his wife many times in the past, has threatened to kill her if she ever left him, and the day she served him with papers for divorce she mysteriously goes missing and there is copious amounts of blood found in their foyer, we also "do not know exactly what happened", but rational minds can draw a rational conclusion. This coming from the lab has similarly been the rational conclusion all along.

That is where we are with this situation. There is more than ample circumstantial evidence that clearly would logically point to this being a lab leak seeing that the epicenter of the bat virus that jumped to humans just so happens to have happened at the one place in the world that just so happens to have a lab where they are experimenting by turning bat viruses into human viruses. To make matters worse the Chinese government does not allow outside investigators in to find the source. With that undeniably being the case, you are acting as if this most logical conclusion cannot be discussed. Your position is preposterous.

He's a hero for being wrong about everything and covering it all up? Is he a hero because it took almost 3 years, 1 million American lives and 7 million worldwide lives to unravel his web of lies?

 

I will question why it was allowed by my govenor, Ron DeSantis. Actually what I just said is misleading most of the "mandates" were passed or inacted by local governments and private organizations going by CDC guidelines.

If I recall these standards we adopted by the CDC which is a federal agency.
I also think that Biden should get some credit here because the investigation is taking place by the Federal Government on his watch.

You are basing this entirely on a "low confidence" report while ignoring contradicting reports. Nothing has been "vindicated." We still don't know where it came from. This is a nothing burger, hold the bun.

Nobody is saying that the lab theory can't be discussed but most on the right say without a doubt that's where it came from. You're doing it. I asked what is your proof.....and that's where you and they fail. To say it can't be discussed is what is now typical right wing nonsense.

Yea, it's not vindication even if they had undeniable proof it was a lab leak.

Those of us who believe it's a lab leak aren't basing that belief on any real evidence, and just because our ignorant guess was right doesn't mean we had any basis for our guess at the time we made the guess.

 

What was Trump supposed to do about it? The pandemic was global. No country "did something about it".
