I read the summery of the 'verdict' myself. 1) It's unenforceable and therefore meaningless; 2) Its interesting that somehow it's Australia's CO2 emissions (and only Australia's emissions) that are being held responsible for the damage being done to the islands concerned. With no other country being sued or held responsible; Exactly how that last bit is supposed to work I have no idea.
I really think Australians don't need these dangerous devices that exacerbate this condition... Evidently use them to violate the indigenous people's rights
