A distinction without a difference. Still a quid pro quo.

Then they would have been equally superfluous in the House. Nice try.

If you eliminate Obamacare you eliminate protection for pre existing conditions. That should be obvious even to the oblivious.

    No they didn't.

Stop pretending like the POTUS was given a fair process.

    It just exposes your narrative.

Yah it was so important to trumps lawyers that they get to question witnesses and call their own, that they made sure that wouldn’t happen lol

The house process was designed to inflict the maximum political damage possible. No balanced information was allowed to be heard.

Over time, it became obvious that the House process was a sham. By the time the case reached the Senate, people were laughing at it. At that point, calling defense witnesses was pointless.

The Nadler invitation was to a hearing to discuss the "historical and constitutional basis for impeachment" after witnesses were determined by Schiff.

It wasn't even about charges or witnesses.

    Who did Nadler call?

    Some Constitutional "scholars".

What were the POTUS' lawyers supposed to ask them regarding witnesses? It was a circle jerk excuse, but even that blew up in their faces.

The idiot Republican balanced information was to call the whistleblower and or the Bidens. Had nothing at all to do with the reasons for impeachment.

But you are right calling witnesses for the Senate Trial would have been pointless since the Republican’s had already violated their oaths of impartial justice.

Not to worry though. The truth will continue to come out despite Moscow Mitch’s best efforts.

Sure, but it’s not about saying protections for pre existing conditions is unconstitutional, they can be put in a legal law

    The truth is already out.

Democrats 3+ year attempts to oust a sitting President of the United States has already blown up in your faces.

Yes because you couldn't replace it with something that also covers pre-existing conditions.

I mean that takes all of .00000001 seconds to figure out.

    Your post is all spin.

"The idiot Republican balanced information was to call the whistleblower and or the Bidens. Had nothing at all to do with the reasons for impeachment."

    "Idiot" is a baseless smear.

The assertion that the hoaxblower and Biden have nothing to do with the Ukraine hoax, is comically untrue.

"But you are right calling witnesses for the Senate Trial would have been pointless since the Republican’s had already violated their oaths of impartial justice."

    More comedy.

At least the Republicans didn't abuse their powers of office in order to concoct that scam.

    "...Moscow Mitch..."

    Another baseless smear.

The Republicans have been claiming to have a better plan since Obamacare was passed. And what have they presented? Absolutely zero, zip, nada, nothing. And Of course Trump did promise great healthcare for all Americans in his campaign and what has happened. Again zero, zip, nada.

Maybe you should try thinking past .0000000001 seconds and then temper your “ thinking” with factual reality.

You appear to be unable to prove your Baseless smear accusations. But just for the sake of facts please give us a list of where Trump ever showed any concern about corruption either in foreign countries or in his government.

Then you can quote the GOP stating they won't cover pre-existing conditions.

    Go ahead.

    WUT??!? Are you joking?

Why bother posting such an easily disproven premise?

I find it impossible to believe that you have never heard the endlessly repeated phrase: "drain the swamp".

His lying was the felony, witness tampering was the 2nd felony. I didn't set the bar for removal from office.......the Democrats and a handful of Republicans did.

So you can't quote them ever saying they'd take away pre-existing conditions.

I didn't think so, since they never have.
