    SECRET KILLERS
Inside Delta Force – the Baghdadi-killing US army unit so secret the Pentagon won’t even admit it exists
    https://www.thesun.co.uk/news/10226162/inside-delta-force-pentagon-baghdadi/

Baghdadi is dead - and this news has dominated the headlines.

What we don't hear - is this

How America Armed Terrorists in Syria
    https://www.theamericanconservative.com/articles/how-america-armed-terrorists-in-syria/

The Radical Islamist Proxy army that we armed and supported in Syria for 5+years included support for the groups that formed ISIS - Baghdadi's boys.

What we hear is - "Look how we are fighting ISIS" I guess it would have been bad taste to take him out while we were allied with him in the proxy war.

What we don't hear is that we were allied with Baghdadi's crew - and supplied them with tens of thousands of tons of sophisticated military equipment - and we also armed Al Qaeda - the other main force in our proxy war against Assad- 911.

    Headline News !
"Baghdadi's forces fought valiantly against Assad - Is this how we reward our allies" :
No you are not going to see this in the NY Times Tomorrow - not on CNN - not on Fox

Yet - every one of commentators knows that we were allied with Baghdadi's Jihadists.

Hey maybe Trump should give out the name of the unit that did the raid, as well as their location and spike the football like Obama and Biden did, that way just as the past administration he can supply isis with a roadmap on how to find and kill them.

The hypocrisy is definitely a common issue. In this case in the Blue Media.

The proof that the Media is full of scat - is that neither Red or Blue will report facts that conflict with the "we are fighting ISIS/Al Qaeda" false narrative. Pure Propaganda.

What you have to remember is that the Sun newspaper is the UK equivalent of the National Enquirer.

To the Left, even the death of head of ISIS, a man who is the total perversion of everything
the Left claims to believe in, is a non-issue, if not a tragedy.

A better question is - why do you hate this country so much?
That schmuck wasn’t liked by anyone, even Russians and Chinese. His death is a good day. What’s your problem?

There is no betrayal in the US killing Baghdadi because I don't agree with those who pretend that the US was in any formal alliance with him and ISIS. Which is not to say that I agree with those who like to pretend the US had no role in the rise of ISIS or was always the fighting the group. Nor to deny that there were times when the US was even covertly helping ISIS.

ISIS is a byproduct or creature of US foreign policy, and its focus on fighting Iran, in places like Iraq and Syria. The rise of the organization can be directly linked to those policies. That rise was initially tolerated by the US and the anti-Assad coalition; certain people in the Pentagon even discussed how an anti-Iran Sunni caliphate in Syria and Iraq might be good for the US/Israel and help the fight against Assad. But while the Israelis openly stated their preference to have ISIS on their borders instead of "Iran", there is no evidence that the US at any point directed ISIS or had much control over this creature.

There is an Iranian movie that I would recommend people watch to get a more realistic sense about ISIS than anything you get from supposedly 'factual' reports, whether they are from the mainstream media in the US or some of the fictionalized narratives in its opposite. The movie is titled "Damascus Time" in English. You can watch it with English subtitles below.

While this may be true - and you are right about the abject hypocrisy (compared to Bin Laden) - that is not the point of the OP.

What were we doing arming and supporting this piece of human garbage and his followers ? That is the bigger issue here.

And 2) how much control the Establishment has over our media ... both left and right.

Once again all you have is strawman fallacy - you can't handle reality so you have to accuse me of things I did not say.

Baghdadi was a piece of human garbage - and the world is a better place with his death.

The question of the OP - for those who can think - is why were we arming and supporting this guy and his followers. This is the reality that your brain can not handle.

Quote - ISIS is a byproduct or creature of US foreign policy...
This is call the "Blame America first" doctrine. It's not intellectual
but it can be emotionally believable.

You might need to define "establishment"
I can't read an article about Trump, for instance, without it being
scathing of the man - in any magazine, any newspaper, any
    social media, any protest etc..
So... does Trump et al represent the "establishment" or does
    his enemies?

The question, for me at least, isn't whether it is 'emotionally believable", but the best way to describe a set of complicated facts. You can describe ISIS in other ways too. Whatever narrative you chose, the important thing to me is stand against those who falsify the truth. And the narratives you subscribe too are fundamentally false. From their core, with the Bible prophesies (talk about 'intellectual"!) you rely on, to the notion that the US can stand for anything "good" by forging the basis of its alliances in the region on two states whose essence is against anything good. One is a foreign implant, naturally rejected as any foreign implant would be anywhere. Another is a regime whose twin pillar of support comes from the most reactionary ideology in the region, on the one hand, and its alliance with a foreign power (the US) on the other hand.

The prevailing narratives about the events in the ME right now have too much propaganda from all sides for my taste. Each of them is corrupted by elements which falsify facts to advance those narratives for their propaganda purposes. For me, there are only two sides that are truthful even if one of them is at the service of falsehood. Those sides represent the cosmic battle between good and evil for me. Good is represented by truth and evil by falsehood. In this battle, the only two sides which aren't based on a fundamental lie are those who subscribe to a nihilistic, anti-religious, ideology. The other side is one that rejects all narratives (religious or otherwise) except as they illuminate the truth. The truth representing the final destination in the human evolutionary struggle (itself part of a larger evolutionary struggle itself), and reasoning the capacity (albeit imperfect to illuminate much except falsehood) to pave the direction towards the truth.

Many of the supporters of Daesh (ISIS), as depicted in the movie I linked, were actually nihilists grown up in the West. Human being need a purpose in life bigger than themselves. Individualism run a-mock isn't satisfying intellectually or emotionally. But to then cling to its opposite, whether to Bible prophesy and Christian or Jewish scripture, or to the ideology of Daesh (ISIS) or any ideology that turns any dogma as representing 'truth' (including Islamic ones), is subscribing to falsehood.

My philosophical viewpoint on issues is too complicated to present in any message board, particularly since it comes from a tradition that is alien to anyone who has been directly or indirectly fed falsehood and falsified narratives. All I will say for now is that I wish history had not seen the Abrahamic myths and tales gain so much currency in world affairs even since the conversion of the Roman empire to Christianity in the West and the Islamization of Middle East. There were other myths, still myths as any complicated set of facts requires simplified narratives in any case, but better ones that lost out. The best ones to me were represented by ancient Iranian mythologies, as recounted in Iran's Book of Kings (Shahnameh). If those mythologies had won instead, we wouldn't have had any struggle to fit science into religion. Nor any current (or future) idea about "ethics" or "morality" into them either. But they lost and what we ended up instead are those who, on the one hand, want to push anti-religious (nihilist) ideology which mean nothing matters except rampant individualism (which means if you aren't winning from the rampant individualism, you won't like the ideology, and even if you are winning, you will end up feeling your life rather meaningless anyway). Or those who reject nihilism by then subscribing to falsehoods represented in the various Abrahamic myths which became in vogue in the areas which controlled the civilizations of the West and the Middle East.

The one bible prophecy I am familiar with is the destruction of the Jewish state (during the Roman time) and
their return to Israel. This return leads to a vast war against states represented at the time as being Iran, Libya,
Ethiopia and Magog - part of modern day Russia I believe. And Israel's ally (islands or coastlands) had no name
    but sends fire upon Magog.
I suppose you can say most of that Ezekiek 38,39 prophecy has already taken place. All that is left is this one
particular war - amongst many others I suppose.

You won't be surprised with this video about blaming America
