What is a "black job" ?

Entry level that do not require a high school degree in which blacks are disproportionately employed.

What is racist about it are you denying it? Do blacks disproportionate hold lower paying jobs such as fast food and menial labor jobs? Do blacks disproportionately NOT achieve their high school educations?
